Safe area and great rate. Breakfast at 6:30. I need to be moving early and 6:30 is right on the edge. If breakfast was ready right at 6:30 ok. The room was small but that's all I need when I travel. I have stayed in other hotels in the Phoenix area which were more expensive yet I could not go for a walk at night. It was a bit of a drive to get something other than fast food to eat but it was still easy.

This hotel was located near a shopping center, so finding a meal wasn't a problem. The room was the right size and had a very comfortable bed

They were friendly. It was messy, dirty, with all of the work being done and our we had to get someone in to program our TV at 10PM. This hotel was friendly but I was very unhappy with our stay. I feel I paid way too much for what I received. If there was not work going on, and it was clean with a working TV it might have been different.

Hotel really needs a remodel. The structure itself is ok and the lobby appears clean enouhg. But the room itself had old furniture and very very old bedding. The sheets were super thin from washing. The halls smell like ketchup and mustard packets. I noticed the maid carts had Febreeze bottles in them so the hotel must know that its stinky. I will have my employer remove this from the recommended hotel list - I expect more for the price.

The hotel staff was really friendly and really helpful! Our room had previously been a smoking room, it did not seem like any attempt had been made to remodel it so it stank! This hotel was convenient, right off the freeway and walking distance to a strip mall with several food choices and a Starbucks. The continental breakfast was good although the fresh fruit selection was limited to apples and oranges and the juices were clearly from concentrate. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall I would not choose to stay at this hotel again (especially if I had children) as the rooms were rather small and worst of all they stunk! Our room had obviously been a smoking room in the past and had yet to have any renovations done, every time we walked into the room it was like walking into a smoky bar. Yuck! We considered changing rooms but another guest told us that on the third floor they were overwhelmed by the paint fumes coming from the second floor (the second floor is under construction.) I am currently pregnant and we decided that the lingering smoke smell was healthier than fresh paint fumes for the baby. We tried not to spend too much time in our room and instead used the common area which had wireless access, a TV, and couches. October 2007.

A perfectly acceptable business traveller's hotel. My room had one Queen sized bed which left space for a sitting area with a couch, coffee table, microwave and fridge. It made the room quite comfortable. There was little noise as it faced the rear of the building. The pool is too small to take seriously.

Location was good. Did not care for the lighting. Location was easy to get to from the freeway; the staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean but I didn't care for the decor. I didn't use the breakfast because I slept too late.

The staff was very friendly; the hotel was in a great location, close to the freeway. We asked for a non smoking room, we got a smoking room and a can of Lysol. This hotel was very nice and clean and in a great location. My only complaint was that I asked for a non-smoking room and we got a smoking room, they were nice enough to give us a can of Lysol though. I would stay here again.
