WE Found that the Hotel was great. The Young Lady at front desk was very helpful and made sure we had room close to elevator. The Breakfast in the morning was so filling we didn't eat lunch. The pool area was fantastic. The only thing wrong with our stay was beyond their control was that the leaves had not started to change WFBaker Mira Loma Ca Ps. We will Try it again this Year

Free continental breakfast, friendly staff, room size. Comfort inn didn't have a fridge in it.

My family and I happened upon this hotel through a vacation package but were really glad to have found it. It was clean and comfortable, service was excellent, and the complimentary make-your-own-Belgian waffles in the morning were a hit with the kids!

I had reserved a king size bed for my wife and myself. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with the most awful stuffy smell. It seemed like the AC hadn't been turned on in a while. My wife opens the bathroom door and finds a huge dead roach on the floor. The comforter on the bed had a hole with a burn mark on it. It was fourth of July weekend and there were no other hotels available. We were willing to overlook the dead roach and hole in the comforter but the disgusting smell in the room was overbearing. They switched rooms for us that night but the second room smelled also, and we went from a king size bed to two double beds. There were no other rooms available so we had to tough it out. Check out is at 11 am so my wife and I left everything read the night before so we could get the most out of our sleep. Room service woke us up twice that morning way before check out. My wife and I were really upset at the hole situation and when we complained at the front dest they said they would talk to room service about it. The hotel is really old. It was a last minute vacation on fourth of july so we were stuck with this hotel but I would recommend everyone who doesn't want to have their vacation ruined by a horrible hotel to stay away at all cost.

Hotel smelt clean; people were nice; nice to get breakfast. Room was kind of musty and beds were small. Hotel was good for a one or two night stay wouldn't want to stay for long vacation. Hotel staff was working the whole time we where there making upgrades, improvements and cleaning areas.

I have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Williamsburg on Rte 60 for the past year, either for 1-2 week stretches or for every weekend visiting my elderly parents. The staff at the CI have been very courteous, very understand and have gone out of their way be ng accomodating, undertanding for sudden change of dates and are always very friendly and supportive. I notice the same attitude as they work with the other guests. Reservations as always ready. Rooms are clean, very confortablea nd and it is the place I look forward to coming when I come to Williamsburg from the Washington area. I have confidence in their service and it is one less worry for my weekly visits.IN short, the staff has been there for me and still are!

Hotel located near railroad tracks with trains going by fairly frequently. Furniture had stains on it. Bed covering torn and filthy. Breakfast food area was cramped and not well stocked. Food was okay if you could get some. Hotel needs a good cleaning or remodel. Hotel staff appeared inconvenienced. A smile and a Thank you would go a long ways and they had neither.

Close to everything we wanted. It was older than I realized. Carpet fairly dreary. Overall I was satisfied. Good continental breakfast, rooms were older but clean, pool was very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating.

We decided to meet some friends in Williamsburg for a long weekend. We made reservations at another hotel (that had great reviews and comments) and arrived to find that the hotel was filthy and the staff was rude. We drove around looking at hotels and actually checked rooms until we found this hotel. The lady at the desk was very pleasant, and when we told her we planned to go to Busch Gardens she brought in coupons the next day. The location of this hotel is great. It may be a couple minutes farther to Busch Gardens but it is in the center of things. You can Walk to at least seven restaurants and shops including Yankee Candle Factory (Don't miss this).

It took me a long time to choose hotels and for the price I thought it would be decent. It is run down, dinghy, and some of the places that were less expensive look better than this place. Noisy because there is a train track right behind the hotel.

Convenient, well-located, good restaurants nearby. 2 ice machines neither operational. Clean, well-located, good pool, family oriented.

I stayed in March, the hotel was very clean and the location was great. We actually left a hotel that was rated higher because it was filthy

Dried urine on the toilet. I didn't really want my young sons to lift it up to use it due to the lack of cleaning. Broken remote and rooms in back are right by the train tracks!! The front desk clerk was incredible though.

The desk clerk. The trains that passed behind the hotel during the night. The hotel was nice and convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was great and included make-your-own waffles. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

I was very pleased, I was there for aweekend looking for a hotel. We found this hotel to be close to evrything and at agreat price. I was surprised for the price it was a very clean, very nice room.

The late night clerk was extremely rude and hateful. We will never stay here again. They don't honor the 100% satisfation guarantee either.

Friendly staff. Clean room. The hotel is too close to the train tracks. We heard too many trains. Overall a nice place to stop whe traveling in the area.

We were late for breakfast. Our grandson, who is ten, is a type 1 diabetic. He had a low blood sugar and had to eat. The lady allowed us to get food even though she had cleaned up. She could have said No. She was extremely helpful and very nice.

The heating/AC unit was loud at times. Overall a nice hotel. We were only there one night, and besides the unruly heating/AC unit, it met our needs.

Friendly staff. AC vibrated and made noise. Clean accommodations. Was fine for an overnight stay to do shopping in Williamburg. Not a romantic get away.
