Nice clean quite rooms

Location. I requested a double non-smoking room, gave me a single smoking room. What they don't show is that some of the rooms are outside entry, motel style rooms in the back. This is the type I ended up with even though I requested a different room. They weren't very clean and because they were smoking rooms (again, not what I requested) they smelled bad.

Someone needs to learn how to use a vacuum cleaner, the hallways were dirty and the floor in our room looked like it was only vacuumed around things. There was food {popcorn,goldfish} under the furniture and i kicked a child's toy out from under the bed while unpacking. we're gona try someplace different next time,

This well maintained comfortable hotel was only minutes from downtown with the feel of the suburbs. I couldn't believe how cheap the rate was for the quality. The breakfast was fantastic and the fitness center was convenient. I will definitely be there again.

It was not clean, was not updated, had bugs! Needs to be totally torn down and redone.

Price was reasonable. Toilet and shower broke. It's been my observation that hotels like this one assign you to their least desirable rooms. Here is how I know this. They don't assign you to a room until you get there. They make like they are looking for an available room but here's the problem. The hotel wasn't even half full, yet I was put in a disabled person room where the shower doesn't work right and the water to the toilet was shut off.

Clean and quiet. Not enough handicap parking spaces. I recommended it to the organization that I was visiting for their out of town customers.

Convenient to restaurants and stores. Continental breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay. Staff was ready and willing to assist you when needed.

Convenient location, room was clean, refrigerator in the room. Carpet looked old & worn, hallway was hot in the afternoon.

Convenient Location. Carpets not very clean. They could just use new carpet etc. I would recommend either spending the extra $50 to stay at the Sheraton or Radisson Inner Harbor or going with a Motel 6 or Super 8 to really save money. This hotel was not cheap but did not provide a better stay than the budget motels.

Sorry, I did not like this hotel at all, it was very dirty. The hotel was very dirty, the breakfast donuts were cold and hard. I'm sorry to say I will never stay at this hotel again. We arrived there in the evening and checked into room 150. It was not fit to live it, there was a dirty, smelly ash tray, the entire room smelled, and the dust was about an inch thick on the TV and furniture. We called management, someone came in to check the room and we had to stand outside until the room was cleaned. I must say after management saw the room they agreed and cleaned the room, without any complaints from them. I will never stay at this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone I know. I asked for a receipt and was told they do not give out receipts. I've never before pay for a service and did not receive a receipt. I think I should talk to my Attorney General. Also, I was charged on my credit card before I used the service, Consequently, I'm paying interest on my credit card before I used the service.
