The hotel itself was "OK". My room in particular was horrible. It smelled like smoke and the comforter literally smelled like [*]. Other then the smells it was ok. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the fitness room was adequate(consisted of an elliptical, a treadmill and a bicycle). The security was good too. There is key card access to the area where the rooms are located and there is also a roaming guard. The security features are good for that area if you don't want your car broken into.

Friendly staff and easy access to eaters. A better choice of breakfast at the hotel I stay at the Hampton Ia few time a their breakfast was very good. They afford eggs, bacon, sausages. Great hotel for a weekend visit. Accessible place to store and mall.

Do not stay here. The people were of no help when we needed things. The 2nd day the room was never made up. We ask for at least new towels and we were told the linens were locked up. The hairdyer didnt work nor the ice maker. Hotel was stuffy( very little air condition unless you were in your room). The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable.. We thought it was just us but we talked to other people in the elevator( which was slow as molasses) and we heard even more horror stories( no blankets for pull out, room also not made up). Do I need to say more?? Dont say I didnt warn you

Overall good. One problem was the pool did not open until 2:00 pm. Not good for the early riser whose only time for sunshine is the morning.

Location was ideal and near all important places. Smelled stale smoke at opening of room door, heat was not up to par (did not get warm enough). I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as brief as it was and enjoyed the continental breakfast and the location was excellent for the purpose of my visit.

I am not usually a harsh critic, but I just can't recommend this hotel. The low price and closeness to attractions is not worth the poor housekeeping. Upon entering our room we were greeted with fresh water rings on the bedside tables, chicken bones left in the trash can, and worst of all, someone else's hair in the shower! Housekeeping also failed to replenish basic supplies such as tissues, plastic cups, and clean towels. Surely there must be an alternative establishment nearby for under * per night which is also clean.

I only have one complaint about this hotel. The carpet in my room smelt like a cat had used the bathroom in the room. Other than that, it was a really nice stay.

Was supposed to be convenient to the Wash. Metro, but it was too far to walk and the free van was broken. The pool closed too early even though the temp. was scorching. There was no food service past the lousy free breakfast. Very little in walking distance except for fast food.

staff was unhelpful and rude, yelled at my kids 2x. horrible area, not really safe. no good restaurants in area. housekeeping is HORRIBLE.

Just HORRIBLE! Staff is unhelpful, ignorant, or just plain uninformed. Management doesn't follow through with promises.
