Location was good. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay. Love the waffle maker. Neighbors were noisy. There was a lot of comotion in hallway late at night and early in the morning. At check in they did not send us to the type of room we reserved. However, they corrected that. At checkout they were not able to provide a receipt.

The desk staff was great. The room was adequate. Our first room was definitely one where someone had been smoking (it is a non-smoking motel). The desk staff quickly and graciously reassigned us a new room. It made all the difference. Great staff!

Good breakfast and nice pool area. Unresponsive staff, poor upkeep, rough neighborhood. I stayed at the Beltsville Comfort Inn for four nights on a business trip. Unfortunately, the experience at the hotel was poor. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioning unit. It took four phone calls and two visits from maintenance to be moved to another room. The second room I was placed in had an unusual odor. The TV channel line-up was very limited. There were about 15 cable channels with no local channels available. I will not stay here again or recommend the hotel to friends.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a great place. All of the staff we encountered was very friendly. It was the perfect stop to get out of DC traffic then get up in the morning, have breakfast and make it to Hershey Park, PA without rushing in the morning.

Friendliness of hotel staff. No refrigerator in room. The staff working at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. They made the stay an enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean. Hot tub was not open yet. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was nice. Checkout was 12pm which was great. Business center was free.

Within walking distance, 24 Hour CVS, grocery store, KFC, Wendy's, Taco Bell & Family style full service restaurant. I was there for two weeks to attend a school at Maryland Fire & Rescue Institute. My experience was very pleasant; I was even provided a small refrigerator when I requested one. Recommend it to budget minded travelers.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not all the access doors were operational. I liked the staff because they were friendly. The continental breakfast was very nice. The cleaning staff did a good job on cleaning our room and providing us with extra towels. I did not like the fact that the rear door on the left side of the building, where we were staying, was not accessible from the outside. I found it disturbing because I had to go to the store across the parking lot after dark and found it broken upon my return. I had to walk a distance from my car to the door towards the front. They should really fix that. Other than that point, I liked the hotel.

Close to stores and food. One washing machine in the whole hotel, keys did not work in all doors. One washing machine in for the Whole Hotel, Entrance keys did not work in all the doors you had to walk all the way around the hotel.
