Nothing. Ignorant front staff! Will not stay at this hotel again!
Date of Stay:

Staff went above and beyond my expectations! Room was very clean and updated. Highly recommend.

Room was freezing cold - no heat turned on. Typical Comfort Inn. Decent breakfast selection included, which is nice. Room was too cold - they should make sure heat is turned on before arrival of guests.

The lady at the front desk was friendly. The housekeeping barged into the room before we were up, the lights did not work, the room was cold when we went in. The hotel has a friendly front staff however it you want to sleep in the housekeeping staff will wake you up before you want to. Also, if you want a cold room in the winter this hotel is for you, the night light does not work and you have to fiddle with the TV controller. I would give these hotel 2 thumbs down.

Convenience of location to highway--fresh coffee when I arrived late. Not fancy, but served overnight needs wonderfully. Small continental breakfast in the morning with fresh coffee started the day right.

Cheapest. Highway location. Great for the seriously budget minded.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Unsafe area, everything was stained, bed, carpet. It was loud and people milling about that made it feel unsafe, broken down cars in parking lot. Mold in bathroom covered the shower, big outdoor trash bags filled with empty beer cans in halls

Good overall accommodation in easy reach of amenities. NA. As stated ideally placed for where I wanted to be. In easy reach of local restaurants.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Continental breakfast included No pool Safe, clean, close to the highway, easy access through patio doors, friendly staff.

Nothing. Bugs in the bathroom, bugs on my sheet at night. Spider on our bedspread in the morning. Very cramped and smelly. This hotel is not anything I would ever recommend. Bugs in the bathroom. We moved to another room. When we came back very late there was bugs around our sliding doors. When I pulled up our be sheet there was a bug crawling up toward my face. We couldn't move at this point. In the morning we thought we might do the continental breakfast. As we were getting dressed, a large spider was crawling on our bedspread. We left right away. Disgusting room. It was cramped, smelly and dim. The pull out couch for our son was only a very small single. We would never stay again. Worst room ever stayed at in many years.

Convenient drive up rooms if traveling with small children. Bathtub did not drain properly. asy access motel. Does not have small fridge in the room.

Motel is convenient to get to and close to all amenities - 5 minute drive to restaurants, shopping etc. On service road next to QEW. My only complaint is that they put you into the old rooms rather than the renovated rooms. Renovated have refrigerators and microwaves.

Location. Outdated hotel, dark, garbage left in front of rooms for the duration of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel. Even for the price, it was not worth the stay.

Location across from tennis tournament. Too crowded for breakfast. Good, clean.

Convenient, accessible and affordable. The Comfort Inn Burlington has become our hotel of choice for stays in Ontario. It is convenient to all of the cities we visit during our trips there, and has a reliable and friendly staff.

The convenience of the double exits to first floor rooms was helpful. Liked it all. This hotel is conveniently located to Toronto proper and Toronto suburbs. It is a halfway point between Toronto proper and Niagara falls. The hotel is clean and must have renovated rooms in recent times as the creases were still evident on the bed skirts. The room was clean and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful on driving directions and local sights. I would most assuredly stay here again.

Friendly staff. Could not park the car by the door. I knew going in that I was going to have a hotel with a queen bed and that is what I got. It was quiet. The staff was friendly. I read reviews and nothing bad at all happened. The only thing that I did not like is that there was not assigned parking to keep and eye on my car. I had to park it in the only space on the far side of the lot. Nothing happened to it, but it was a slight inconvenience. If you get there early and do not leave than you will be fine. I have stayed in hotels a lot and this was one of the better for this rating of a hotel.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, nice to see that! Everything was great. Great Location off the highway, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Pleasant stay!

Bugs in room! Bugs in room! Needed to be moved to another room! Terrible! Bugs in room; hotel going under renovation.
Date of Stay:

The continental breakfast. My bathroom was moldy and out dated furniture. It is alright, but it need updating and fresher colors.
