The Comfort Inn was very comfortable. I was very impressed at how comfortable the beds were. The continental breakfast setup was the best I've seen.

The Comfort Inn At Buffalo Bill Village Resort, CODY, WY was not my usual Comfort Inn experience. The hotels housekeeping, customer service, amenities ( breakfast/nightly reception and, room layout were below standards. The front desk personnel were not friendly or willing to go out of their way to answer my questions or information about the area. The hotel offered no elevator or assistance with luggage to the second floor. The lobby's rugs/stairs were not clean. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 P.M. and my room was not ready! After 10 min. they said it was ready. Well, the bathroom was not cleaned-the tub was dirty with dirt and HAIR. The floor also was not swept it had human HAIR scattered about. I complained and the housekeeping checker agreed it was not done. I left for an hour so they could clean the room!!!! The room joined to mine and the remaining end block were smoking rooms. Yes, the smell and second hand smoke penetrates through any wall or door openings. My overall experience was not good and will think twice about using Comfort Inn or its affiliates in the future. I would not endorse this hotel or even Comfort Inn in the future. Horrible-Horrible Horrible!!!

The location was great! This hotel was located within walking distance of everything in Downtown Cody. The staff was very friendly and they had a great continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. We had to wait to check in because our room wasn't ready. Nice hotel, but kind of noisy location.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast fun! Not enough parking. It was friendly, fun and the breakfast crew was so wonderful. We had a very good experience here.
