This Comfort Inn was located in a residential neighborhood near the water. There was a variety of local restaurants to choose from. It was right on the busline which made it easy to get around and there was a convenience store right across the street. The room was kept clean and there were plenty of towels and other necessary items. It was nice to start the morning off with a complimentary breakfast. My disappointments were: With all the things in the room, there was very limited walking space in front of the beds; and prior to our trip I called the hotel to inquire about parking for our rental car, I was told that the hotel had "limited parking" but what they should have said was "we have only 6 parking spots 2 of which are handicapped parking". The only other parking is on the street if you are fortunate enough to find a spot.

Easy to find. Expensive, limited parking (all of Brooklyn is, though). Clean, comfortable, hassle-free, and adequate breakfast.

On the ocean, in an interesting international nook, of an international city. Staff was professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was limited choice, but well stocked and enjoyable. Parking was on-street and adequate.

It was clean, cont. breakfast was good. Not a lot of parking. If you want a cheap place to stay near Coney Island, this is great. Rooms are small but clean. The area is ok - as long as you don't plan to hang out at the hotel. You have to drive everywhere and it lacks parking. Overall worth it. The rooms are small but clean.

Our family stayed there on our recent trip to visit family nearby. Let me first say that I am in generally not crazy about the Comfort Inn brand. I have found them to be inconsistent on cleanliness, room size, service, location, and pricing. That said, this place is better than many of the other Comfort Inns I have stayed. This hotel was clean, offered reasonable room sizes, a good breakfeast (this has been a consistent good point at all the CIs), free internet, and free parking. Location is nothing special unless you need to be in this area. Best if you have a car. Service is good but basic - the front desk is helpful but is generally only staffed with 1 person most of the time. And the "exercise room" is nothing more than a large closet. Although I would stay here again, I feel that this place is overpriced for what it is (a basic hotel for over 2 bills) and will always be keeping my eyes open for something new nearby that can provide a better value...

"Being a former new yorker I'm used to getting less than what I pay for so my stay at the comfort inn in sheepshead bay didn't disappoint my low expectations. The comfort sunshine breakfast's high point was an elderly gentleman reliving his past as a performer in the catskills as ""tango bob"" but the food reminded of a bad jr high cafeteria. The location is prime, but otherwise it rates a solid 2."

"This is my favorite hotel..I've stayed here many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future..Im a coffeeholic,so the coffeepot in the room is the best amenity..The staff was and always have been great..."
