The bathtub had a drainage problem, because the water did not flow out properly while showering instead it began to fill up like a pool.

Convenient location, good value. Nothing of concern. A basic but clean hotel. Reasonable continental breakfast for the price. A good value.

Easy on-off the interstate. Rundown, not very appealing andquestionable cleanliness. I had trouble with the check-in key & had that replaced. Next morning the clerk appeared to have been asleep when a client was waiting at the front door ringing the phone for help-looked like the client woke her up to help him. I opened the door for him as he had been waiting for some time. The breakfast area looked dirty & uninviting (poor lighting too). The juice machine squirted juice all over when you pushed the button. The food was set out 30+ minutes later than the displayed start time for the continental breakfast. Several coffee containers were empty & this was at 7 a.m. Perhaps the clerk was sleeping when she should have been getting things ready? My room did not appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly for some time, there was buildup of dust and garbage behind the table. The drain in the bathtub was extremely slow. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The price was very reasonable. Beds and bedding could be updated. This was a very convenient hotel to stay at. The staff was very pleasant, and the morning breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Work out facility and staff. Lack of restaurant options. Staff was friendly and accommodating, clean, quiet, and Jacuzzi and tread mill were nice to have.

Clean room and breakfast provided. Remote didn't work, staff not extremely professional, breakfast employee not very helpful. Overall clean. For the price it was fine, but the neighborhood and professionalism of staff was sub par.

Nice big room. Carpet was sticky and reminded me of a movie theater after opening weekend of big show. Hotel was fine, but room seemed dirty. Room & bath were very nice size. Carpets in the room really need a good cleaning. I should have asked for more towels.

The staff did nice job cleaning up room and making bed. Help behind desk preoccupied with personal phone calls. Overall the stay met my expectations. I did not expect a luxury hotel.

Price/value, location. Staff attitude/housekeeping. This is a fine spot to stay if the room you get is clean. We checked in and left right away to attend a Minnesota Gophers game, and came back about midnight to an unmade bed, no pillow cases, etc. and nobody would help us! The next morning when we attempted to discuss the problem, they became combative and wouldn't give us a receipt when we asked for one!

Location. The Front Desk person was rude. Upon arriving we were rudely told that they were over booked and given the manager's number to call in the morning. She spoke harshly and rudely, and offered no help in finding other accommodations. Only after much arguing did she go look for another room in the hotel, which she did finally find. I never want to stay here again.

The location There wasn't any non-smoking rooms available I didn't feel as though this hotel was accomadating. There wasn't any non-smoking rookms available. I spent two nights in this hotel and housekeeping never attended to my room. When I requested housekeeping I was informed that there wasn't any housekeeping available.

Good quality beds. Lack of choices, continental b-fast. It qualifies as the as described 2 stars. No pool, only whirlpool. Ice and vending only on 1st floor.
