I liked the location and that pets were allowed. I did not like the cleaning carts in the hall at all times. They took up a lot of room. The room was very clean and well stocked. The air/heater was loud when on, and when I turned it off the room smelt stale. The staff was very curt and aloof. But all in all I will return in the future, I just need it for a clean place to sleep.

stayed there for weekend wedding in the area.the rooms were quite dirty,i mean the bed swere old, wallpaper coming off the walls and washroom was a mess. When i informed staff they told me there was nothing they could do,it certainly was not COMFORTable

Price. Somewhat industrial. As a cheap hotel room it met my expectations.

Simple, served the purpose, lots of parking. Bathroom not clean, windows dirty and moldy. Good for family or a quick over night trip for someone who needs to sleep and shower. Wasn't the cleanest hotel, but can't complain for the price, I guess.

I liked nothing. Everything. This hotel is horrible. The rooms are dirty. The television is small, bathroom is disgusting. When I checked in there was an old man there inquiring about hourly rates. I then see the same old man walking with a hooker to a room. This place is just the worst place I've ever stayed.

Free continental breakfast. Dirty rooms, toilet broken and no one to fix it. This hotel is not even worth the 1 star rating I give it. Very poor facilities. Printer for their computer not working. Toilet broke and front desk said no-one can fix it. I asked for an extra pillow and said I had to come to the front desk for it. Do not stay at this hotel.

Easy to find. Absolutely rundown. Full of mold. Don't stay here. Walk away. Run away.

Nothing. Everything. This hotel has the rudest staff I have ever met. I am a travel writer and I found that I would rather stay in a shelter for homeless people than this comfort inn. There was someone's ejaculate drying on the floor beside the bedside and that is just the start.

Under renovation - long way from where I neded to be. A last minute booking for me, so choice was limited. Would not knowingly book there - at least they had a limited complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Room smell of smoke. I have stayed at this hotel before and was pleased, but this time I was not pleased at all. I was staying more than one night. I would have gone to another hotel. The room which was supposed to be non-smoking was not and the carpet was not clean. The bathroom was not clean and the cups and glasses needed washing.

Location. The rooms were musty and dirty. Other than the location, this hotel had nothing going for it.

Wonderful experience and priced well for area. Nothing I can think of. I have stayed here every time I have been in Brampton and always find this hotel and service excellent. Very pleased.

Staff was helpful in answering needs I had being from another country. Cost. This hotel was no where near that level of value for the price paid. I will not stay at this hotel again unless completely necessary.

Bathroom was modern and clean. It seemed to be a truck stop - we could hardly park amid the semis. Dirty lobbies, flies in breakfast room, flustered desk clerk.

Close to restaurants and centrally located. Did not have what I ordered...2 double beds could not give me another room. Hotel front desk associate seemed very nervous, like a first day on the job, but very nice. I got there and they did not have a room with two double beds like I called and booked earlier that morning and was guaranteed. Did not have another room to give me. Had to have a cot brought into the room to accommodate all 4 of us. Continental breakfast was a nice touch...

Manager was cooperative and switched my room to the one with free high speed internet. Breakfast limited to muffins, bread, juices and cereal. No pancake or hot items. All Toronto hotels were sold out so I managed to find this Gem for a very reasonable price. Free parking, free breakfast, clean rooms, free high speed wireless Internet (limited to few rooms so you must ask), friendly staff, free local calls, free newspaper.

The price was good as well as the location. The carpets need cleaning, had to carry luggage up stairs there was no elevators and no pool. I guess I just expected more from a Comfort Inn. The first day we got there, the air did not work, after check in we told the office about it and we left for the day after returning that night nothing had been done about it and at 1 am we are back down stairs needing to change rooms. Also by adding to the list of having to carry the luggage up two sets of stairs and then at least thinking there was a pool to cool off in.

Staff helpfull and courteous. No decaff coffee. I have already responded to this survey previously. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant and I would not mind staying there again.

The staff was courteous and very friendly Decaffeinated coffee was not always available in the room and was never available as part of the continental breakfast I shall come back and stay at this hotel when I return to Brampton.
