The staff was very friendly, however the hotel stated that they were close to fenway and you are led to believe the have a complex with a boweling alley. Be prepared to add travel time because you have to take a shuttle to the T and then wait for the red line to take you in to Boston. They are actually about 45 mintues from fenway on the T and the bowling alley is behind the hotel and required a tiny bit of a walk. Ok to stay if you dont mind the extra travel time. room were clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel had a nice desk area to work from.

Restaurants nearby. Hotel was older and kind of run down. This hotel was OK butI expected more upscale accommodations.

this hotel was nicely priced, and if your planning a trip to boston to site see and see a ball game, perfect spot in the middle of town. Near park, train, and beaches

Shuttle service to airport and train. Continental breakfast was good. Room was not overly clean. Loved shuttle to train station and airport. Continental breakfast was very good and offered hard boiled eggs. If you are looking for a moderate hotel, this is it.

Do not consider staying at this MOTEL. It is not a 3 star hotel. The rooms are filthy. There was excremite and urine on the toilet seat; hairs in the tub area; ripped carpeting; I'm not sure what was smeared on the walls. We were traveling with our children. You could see were the connecting doors were bent and the doors were cracked from someone trying to force into the rooms. They had blocks of wood placed in the windows to detour anyone from opening the windows from the outside. Needless to say, we asked to be moved. The staff didn't have anything else for us. We asked if we could be moved to one of their sister hotels in a differnt area. The other hotels had nothing available. WE LEFT!! It is unclean and unsafe. Worst experience ever!!

The continental breakfast was very good. The location was difficult, always needed to take the hotel shuttle to get anywhere (to the subway).

The staff was friendly WAY to small of a bed, no HBO as advertised The hotel was nice, a bit far from the city. The bed for two people was entirely way too small. The should have had at least a queen size. When you advertise that you have HBO and even have the HBO guide in the room but don't actually have it available, thats a bit of a disappointment.

Nothing , I have better service at the McDonalds drive up window. Everything - hotel is in a bad area, shuttel is way too far away from downtown boston. Unfriendly employees who could care less about helping us with our stay, the worst overall hotel I have ever stayed in. It is way too far away from Boston.

Easy access to MBTA, good variety for breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Internet service wasn't accessible. Hotel matched the reviews of other visitors. Access to the train with the 24 hours shuttle service was easy prior to 11pm and super close. If you are coming back after that you have to call and request pick up. Be prepared to wait if they have to pick anyone up at the airport because there is only one shuttle bus. Don't count on internet access. You can connect but it's so slow you can't open any pages. Continental breakfast has lots of variety and there is a grocery store withing walking distance along with other restaurants associated with the hotel. Very easy to schedule a ride to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Didn't hear the train at all but we specifically requested a front hotel room. There is another train stop (North Quincy) 5 minutes the other south of the hotel if you have a car and cost $5 a day to park. There is no parking at the JFK station so be sure to use the complimentary shuttle.

The location was not near Boston, as I had expected. Very bad area and restaurant too far to walk to in winter.

The staff was nice. Our room was right next to train tracks which ran every few minutes all night. The rooms facing the avenue are probably fine. The rooms facing the back have an Amtrak line running within 50 feet of you window. You can expect to hear the steady running of trains all night. The toilets did not flush properly.

The shuttle service to airport and downtown makes the inconvenient ok. The location is not ideal. You may end up waiting a long time for shuttle back to hotel.

It was less expensive than any other hotels I found in Boston. It was clean and nice enough. Inconvenient location. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Room was clean enough. Wi-Fi signal in my room was absent. Shuttle schedule was not entirely convenient.

Shuttle services to Boston Convention Center and the airport. It would be even better if they provide free internet services. A very nice place staying for business travel.

Free parking. The whole hotel was dirty and smelled like pets. One star at best, that's assuming that 1 star hotels aren't clean! Staff is very rude. They were upset because I asked to change room because my first room was dirty/smelly. Unfortunately, so was the second room. I ended up not staying at the hotel, but driving home instead.

Available printer and computer, good breakfast, good bed. Wish there were more menus for healthy take-out food in the room. Very good staff everywhere, breakfast, maid, front desk, shuttle driver, polite, efficient, friendly. I will stay here again.

The young man who works the desk in the morning was very helpful - he was the only one. Horrible front desk staff - very rude and obviously don't like their jobs. The cleaning people are very eager to get rid of you. I would not recommend this place to others.

Disgusting, bathroom in the room was dirty when staff was told I was put off. Horrible stay. The bathroom in the room was disgusting (mold and mildew in the shower, stank). The staff was not helpful. When told about the dirty bathroom they shrugged it off and never sent anyone to clean them. Didn't get any sleep between the train outside the window and the ice machine which was extremely loud.
