The person behind the desk was not very helpful. I asked for a downstairs room since we had to haul in portable oxygen equipment etc. and he didn't even try. He just said no I can't do that. At 10 PM the parking lot was only half full on a Tues night so I think He might have at least made an effort. We ask about restaurants and he said Denny's was the only choice even though there were many other choices not too far away.

The breakfast was wonderful! The pool hours were too short and the checkout time too early. Overall the hotel was welll worth the money. I wish the pool was opened later in the evening and wishI had longer to sleep in had too check out before noon!

Well...new ownership has given this place new life...I stayed when they were in the process of renovations. Lucky for me, I was gone during the day to be bothered by the constant construction. but at night, all is calm and I slept like a baby. The place looks great and the staff is very friendly.

It was very clean. Maintains and cleaning staff was very loud yelling across parking lot early in the morning hours. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean.

We received a very friendly, warm welcome from the desk clerk. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was clean and comfortable, with a nice fluffy comforter instead of the typical nasty motel bedspread. Having said that, the room was not without it's problems. The sink was clogged, and there was a dirty soap film around the edge of the bathtub. But the most bothersome part of the stay was the noisy air conditioner that cycled on and off every 15 minutes or so all night long and kept waking us up. That thing was unbelievably loud! We woke up in the morning feeling like we hadn't slept a wink! It's really too bad, because the room is otherwise very nice and comfortable. I might consider staying there again, but next time I would either shut off the A/C or set the fan to run constantly so as to mask the sound of the A/C cycling on and of.

Personnel were very nice, helpful in giving local directions. Only problem was not being able to repair deficiencies quickly that I brought to their attention. I would stay with this hotel again. The only problem we had was the toilet leaked and the floor stayed damp. We discovered it Friday night and repairs involved reseting the commode and could not be done on the spot.

Check in/out was fast and convenient. The curtains did not close all the way, therfor there was to much light in my room. Great hotel, clean, friendly and everything seemed new.

I stayed here last year and the rooms were alright. But I found out that there is a new owner and it is a huge change!!!! The staff was amazing. They even called to see how I was doing. The lobby is better than most and the big breakfast was a huge surprise!!!!

Great decor and staff was amazing. Pool was not useable. Very simple and clean. Great colors and decor. Staff acknowledged us right away. They were sincere in asking if we needed anything let them know. Breakfast was very well organized and served.

Arrived at motel to discover they had given our room away. 4 people had to stay in 1 room with king bed. Had to sleep on floor with bugs crawling everywhere. The front desk attendant is rude. Do not stay in this motel!

Did not stay. Room filthy! Did not provide requested room. That is (non-smoking). Was reimbursed and left. Cleanliness and providing requested and confirmed room accommodations. Helpful staff, but filthy room. I requested a smoke-free room and did not receive it, regardless of reservation confirmation. We stayed a couple of hours and tried to get the situation corrected, but the hotel could not support a clean, non-smoking room, so we got our money back and left.

arrived to find out our room was given away. they had only 1 room left so having 4 people some had to sleep on floor. Room was dirty and had bugs everywhere. The night staff was rude and discurtious. Don't stay here

Somewhat easy to reach. Needed cleaning & maintenance. Lobby was better in appearance than room. Had a few bugs and mold under chipped paint in bathroom. Too many people get very sick from this, needs to be looked into.

We were greeted with a smile. Staff was very helpful in getting anything that we needed. It all made a very pleasant experience. No complaints!
