The staff was personable. The room was very nice. The public space was large and casual with large screen and internet access. No elevator.

The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was okay but staff was not quick to replace empty items (i.e. coffee, bread).

"When our airplane had to make an emergency landing late at night, we were bused to this hotel around midnight. The staff was kind, caring, efficient. We were shown the greatest courtesy and patience. A nice room --although the furnishings are a bit outdated. GREAT staff--friendly and outstanding"

It was located close to a wedding reception I attended. There was dirt on the sheets even though the beds were made. The hotel was easy to find, easy to register and provided a breakfast. It was convenient to Route 22.

"The Hotel was spotless. Microwave, refrig in each room. Beds comfortable. Spacious room, CLEAN and bright! Delicious breakfast and a variety to choose from. Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Plenty of parking. Close to highway and shopping.Will stay again! Look for owl on sign!"

Housekeeping was very accommodating in service /attentiveness. Was a bit of a drive to get to any offsite amenities. Good for short term travel stopovers, convenient for access to the Poconos, overall a good motel.

The bed spreads were old. Rooms had a musty smell in them. Staff tried to help by showing us other rooms but same problem in all rooms. We would not recommed this hotel as it needs a lot of work in cleaning.

I thought it had a great location so it was very easy to find! The beds were a little uncomfortable but hotel beds are never great. I think it was a great hotel. It had wonderful features and was near all the things that we wanted to do. I will be sure to stay there again when I am in the area.

Very near where I had to be. I could not get a hotel receipt. Clean room, Spartan sized bathroom. For business trip its perfect.

The hotel was convenient of amenities not available at the hotel like restaurants and shopping. Even though I am a smoker, my room smelled too much like smoke, I have been in other hotels that didn't have that lingering smell. Overall my experience at the Comfort Inn in Bethlehem was great. It was very relaxing and in close proximity to family and friends while I was in town and also to restaurants and shops when they were needed.

They were able to upgrade me to a suite for no extra charge. The first room was extremely dirty, smelly and the bathroom ceiling leaked onto the toilet. The only redeeming quality was that they upgraded me to a suite for no extra charge.
