The hotel has limited parking. It is not well lit. I did not feel it was a safe place for a person to be traveling alone. The first room they offered me had a terrible smell and the second room was dirty...dead bugs in the rug dirty. I refused to stay here. I decided the $100.00 (after tax) for one night was a small price to pay for cleanliness and safety. Their was not enough Lysol in the world to dissinfect this place.

Excellent location for someone without a car. Internet service was poor and not real clean. I was surprised that this Comfort Inn was not as clean as others I've stayed at. The first night I had to get ants out of the bath towels; I don't mind crickets but when I had to kill the biggest cockroach I've seen I about had had it. Lots of bugs in room of all sizes and kinds. I'm not squeamish but cockroaches almost 2" long are too much.

This was my second visit to this hotel in the past two months. They still haven't fixed the waffle maker or toaster, and the fruit at breakfast is limited to very over-ripe bananas and a few apples. Rooms are cramped for a family of four but clean. If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.

The housekeeping staff would begin knocking on doors at 8:30 AM to clean rooms, not the normal 11:00 AM that every other hotel I have stayed in uses. When we checked into the room the bathroom walls appeared to be splatered with some substance, that was never wiped off, The comforter on our bed had a large hole in it with stuffing coming out, and the room had a foul oder.

Location. Just what I was looking for on this trip.

Could clearly hear the televangilist on the TV next door. Lock on door was very difficult, shortage of hot water. Laptop indicated they had Wi-Fi, but front desk had no idea what I was talking about when I inquired about it. If you have a lot of bags or don't like stairs, be sure and ask for a 1st floor room, there's no elevator.

The manager was great to deal with and friendly. Person in next room talking on phone at 5am and could hear every word. Good place to stay for what we needed.

It was clean. Not good communication between the day and night staff. While the accommodations were adequate, additional customer service training was needed for the night front desk person. I asked for an early checkout (the night before), which I got. However, my room showed up as vacant and the night staff rebooked it. I was awakened at 11:30pm with the new occupants trying to get into my room. The night clerk was not well versed in trying to calm an upset customer.

Good location. Only three tables in the breakfast area, people had to move to let others sit down. Our room had been used by a smoker and it smelled bad. It had bugs.
