Comfort Inn, Barkeyville was in a good location for the Prime Outlets which was the purpose of the trip. The restaurant next door was excellent for breakfast and very convenient.

The hotel was clean. There was no hot water for the shower. It was lukewarm at best. The hotel was clean and in a good spot, but there was no hot water in the shower and the tub drained very slowly so you would have to stand in water while taking a shower.

Convenient to the hwy and shopping. Front staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. The hotel in itself was decent but the front staff was unhelpful. Despite having paid for the room I was told I did not pay enough and would be billed an extra ten dollars. The desk person was rude about it despite even though I had nothing to do with price. No use having a choice privileges card either because they don't honor the points.

The room was clean. No hot water for the shower. I would not recommend staying here. Very out of the way. Nothing around the hotel. There was no hot water for the shower. Desk clerk told me to run the shower for 15 minutes. It was still cold. I called back again and she said to run it for 15 more minutes! Which did finally work, but who plans on an additional 30 minutes to get hot water before you can get ready in the morning?

It was clean. The washroom was small. This hotel said that the room I booked had two queen beds; however, they were only double beds. We had asked the front desk about it, but they said that it was a queen bed. The washrooms are really small, in the corner of the room.

The pillows were amazing, we wanted to know where to get some for ourselves. Very nice place to stay. The pillows were more comfortable than mine at home. The complimentary breakfast was wonderfull, (eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, toast, bagles and much more)not just a doughnut and coffee. Restaurant next door was great as well.

The breakfast!!!! Had to climb stairs to get to room, and stairs were placed very inconveniently. Average.

Location to Grove City. Dirty and unkempt. Really is not adequate in today's market. Even though older, it could have been much cleaner and more kept up.
