The pool was great, we really enjoyed it! It's an older hotel so it's not as clean looking. The hotel was in a great location - easy access to all other areas of Lexington! The indoor, heated pool was wonderful and the staff was gracious enough to let us swim late at night. The only down side was the price.

The windows don't open, the rooms smell bad as well as the elevator. The couch was staind and smelled bad.Sheets were in bad condition. Pool was dirty.

Breakfast and pool. Room infested with ants, pull-out couch dirty and dillapitated, hotel service not excellent. This hotel was a sad disappointment from the moment we arrived to find that it was sandwiched between two gentleman's clubs. Our room was infested with ants and the hotel staff was reluctant to provide satisfactory alternatives or to assist in the room change when an agreement was finally achieved.

The hallways, pool area and fitness center were not very clean. It seems to be in need of some remodeling. We stopped at this hotel on our way to Pigeon Forge Tennessee for one night to break up our drive. I didn't feel it was kept very clean. The pool area, hallways and fitness center were dirty. The outside was not very attractive/well kept either. I was disappointed. I did not expect a luxurious hotel, but I did expect a clean and comfortable environment. One positive point for the hotel was the continental breakfast. This is not a hotel I would recommend or stay at again.

They are redoing the Rooms and Have closed in the pool Love the pool! Room where pretty clean the night we stayed was quit that was great. Will only thing that day the Waffle maker was not working. It was in a very ok area. We felt pretty safe there. Pretty close to restaurants. The Room it safe was ok But kind of run down but they are up Grading them. The Gym was not good at all That needs work. But the Pool was closed in it was big went up to 5 foot clean. I would go back.

None of the locks worked. The hotel is dark and damp. The food was poor quality. None of the keys opened the locks on any of the doors. The receptionist did not know how to print out appropriate receipts or explain the bill.

The room layout was very nice, fitting for a business traveler. I had to track down the morning staff repeatedly, left the desk empty and was in the breakfast room. This room was very good for business travelers that will be passing through this area.

Price, continental breakfast andlocation. Doesn't have guest computer/internet facility. Facility clean and good staff. My only complaint is the lack of computer facility, which was unexpected and puts them behind the times. I don't bring a laptop on vacations, but still need internet access. This is the only reason that I'd choose another facility when returning to the Lexington ares.

Many things werebroken, terrible fitness room. I would not recommend this hotel. We expected much more from a Comfort Suites. Lots of things were broken or sub-par (decor, lights in room, fitness center).

It was dirty. Very disappointed. Check-in was supposed to be at 1:00 pm, rooms were not ready until 2:45 pm. The lobby, the floors, bathroom everything was dirty. Would not recommend staying here.

Price. No cream for coffee/don't like coffee whitener. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful with restaurants and general inquires around the city.

Sad to say but nothing other than convenience to event. Rooms were substandard, sheets and towels were poor quality; overall facility was dirty and lacked customer service. Economy hotel for a budget traveler with low expectations. Lines are poor quality. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Plumbing issues. Pool area dirty. Workout facility is 3 pieces of equipment, a broken bathroom and no towels in the pool area, just cigarette butts on the ground. Overall not the kind of hotel you would go to other than to spend a night because you are on a tight budget or there was no other place in town.

It did not catch on fire while we were there! Nasty, disorganized, out-of-the-way, stinky and too expensive! This hotel needs new management!

Good location. No working snack machine in the entire building. Desk clerk was efficient. Bed was a bit on the hard side. Room was clean but dated.

Room was very clean and towels were soft. The parking area was in the rear and isolated from security. The hotel is adjacent to an Adult Gentlemans Club and there was loud music on Saturday Night, but not enough to keep us from sleeping. Housekeeping did a thorough job cleaning and re-stocking the toiletries. The shower was great and the towels were soft unlike other 2 star hotels, was very convenient to Shriners Childrens Hospital.

No towels were available our second morning there. Our overall experience was okay. We were not provided with towels for the second morning. I called the desk and let it ring for 5-10 minutes and no one ever answered. I went down to the front desk and was not able to find an attendant. We were forced to use the hand towels for our shower.

It wasok for a one-night stay. I only slept there for a few hours and so did not really experience much. I arrived after midnight, and left at the crack of dawn. But I had a comfortable sleep. With the ongoing renovations, the environment should be more pleasant in the near future.

Room was in very poor condition. When we arrived in our room we found the door to the outside parking area was open, which immediately made us uneasy. When we closed said door, we found the only way to lock it was to body slam it six times while continually turning the lock. Mission accomplished. Now we turned to the door that accessed the hallway. No chain lock was present. The bathtub area was in poor condition. Our first impression of the hotel was poor due to the location.

The hospitable staff. There were candy wrappers on the floor of the room. Overall this was a good hotel. The beds were more comfortable than I expected. The only complaint was that there were snack wrappers lying on the floor between the sofa and the wall.
