I chose this hotel because it was so close to the zoo. The location was great and the staff was helpful, but the pool was a bit crowded. The hotel was very family-oriented, though, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast buffet was well stocked and convenient to the Omaha Zoo.

It is very close to the zoo. The staff at 2:00 am was a bit strange. The attendant was odd, left me no comfort in being alone walking up and down the halls at 2 am to get my baby to sleep. There was a live spider on the bathroom floor, but that's expected in the Midwest. Our room as at the end of the hall and the stairwell was quite noisy. Other than all of that, the room was clean, the breakfast was doable and the bed was comfortable. What more do you need?

My family and I made the trip to Omaha to visit the Zoo. We stayed at the Comfort Inn due to it's locaiton and listed amenities. My girls wanted a pool - this pool was dirty and the smallest pool I have ever seen in a hotel. The fitness room for my wife was probably 8x12 feet, a treadmill, bicycle and single weight machine crammed into the room. - and this was the good part of our stay.Around 5pm we could hear kids (we are assuming) running and jumping above us. Later that night around 2am we were awaken by a person coughing, then another person asking if they were ok - yes we could hear clearly through the walls.3am I awoke to the sound of water - went in to the bathroom thinking our toilet was running - it was from an adjacent room - making more noise than our toilet in our room!3:30am - someone deidecded to take a shower - same thing very loud5:00am - toilet after toilet being flushed - doors closing above us 7:30am - kids were awake above us jumping and running.Calls to the front desk did nothing until the 7:30 incident.I stay in hotels weekly and this was the worst night of sleep I have ever gotten. The hotel overall was very clean except for pool - the staff was polite - but the lack of sound deafening materials in the walls and ceiling made it a terrible stay

Having a small microwave and refrigerator in the room was an added plus.

It was close to the Zoo which is why we went on the trip.

This hotel backs to a rough neighborhood. There was no elevator. Common areas and rooms reeked of smoke and various odors. The room was old and dirty with cigarette burns in the furniture and linens. Wish there had been something else available in town and we would have moved.

It was a comfortable hotel, the front desk was not especially insightful, but it was an overall pleasurable experience. I was just looking for somewhere pleasant to stopover while traveling.

I liked the fact the hotel was so close to the zoo. Our air unit was so loud and the walls were thin. Overall this hotel served the purpose we need it to, a place to rest before and after we went to the zoo. I would probably stay there again.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was nice to have real breakfast for free. We have a baby so being so close to the zoo was nice because we didn't have to drive a long way afterwards. The only thing I didn't like was the noise in the hallways all night. We had a hard time falling asleep because of it, but the location was worth it.

It is the closet motel to the Zoo. With having that pride, and the zoo name attached to it's title, I think they should also have some type of discount tickets to the zoo/Imax. Also a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up so that you don't have to try to park in a parking lot that isn't big enough to hold the crowd would be fantastic!

Quiet and clean. Easy check in and out, very well stocked breakfast bar and lots of coffee!

The hotel was absolutely perfect for our weekend trip to the zoo! Only about a minute or two from the zoo and it's close to everything else like the Old Market. It's the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for such a great price. It's just all around perfect for a trip to the zoo!

Hotel baked fresh cookies and saved us some when we returned late nite from the concert. Super friendly staff and very helpful with cab service. Would most definately stay again.

The value outweighed the cost. I wish there was a hot tub or bigger pool. I was impressed with this hotel over all. Everything seemed fairly new. The breakfast served in the morning was great! I love it when hotels have make your own waffles being a picky eater its nice to have something I will eat. One thing that disappointed me was that the window to our room looked into a brick wall.

"The hotel was great. Great location to downtown, the zoo, and the movies. The pool was a bit small and located in the middle of the hotel for all to see. Breakfast was more then expected.(Hot and Cold offered) The staff was very friendly and got us in before check in time, very accomanding to us. Very well kept and clean. For being six years old the hotel looks new. Also we beat the low price for our spacious room. "

Under renovation, but surprised the rooms were so large, beds comfortable, and cleanliness of property. Just a one night stay-over during a multi-day driving trip with my sons, but by far the best bang for the buck of any of the motels we stayed at!

Our short stay was the worst experience I've ever had at any motel. The manager was extremely rude.
