Manager. Not clean poor maid service. Manager was very accommodating but it was not clean and needed up-dating. Would make a different choice next time.

The last morning of our stay, I was in the shower and my husband was watching TV in the nude waiting to get into the shower when our hotel room door opened and an elderly couple walked in. My husband was stunned and so were they. When I got out of the shower I asked who that was and he told me this couple had just walked into our room. I called the front desk and told them someone had walked into our room. She asked if we had a card out indicating we didn't want to be disturbed. I told her that it wasn't housekeeping but an older couple. She explained that this couple had come to the front desk saying they couldn't get into their room. She re-keyed their cards based on the room number they gave her. She apologized for the mistake but I am still very upset over this breach of security and invasion of our privacy. From now on I will keep the dead bolt on the door at all times.

Clean, easy to get to, indoor pool. Office staff on duty when we first arrived wasn't very pleasant. Very clean nice rooms, had continental breakfast, had an indoor pool, will be staying with that chain again.

The room was provided as booked, and smelled smoke-free. But the bathroom door was binding up and was very hard to close. The hot water was dangerously hot, and the tub handle C-H markings nearly invisible, and the sink had separate C & H handles, so two of us nearly scalded ourselves trying to set the temps. The lawn / grounds were surprisingly weedy. The beds were painfully hard to me, though I'm a bit sensitive to that. Some odd smell premeated the outdoor air in the morning. No workout room avail.

Cheapest price in the area. Construction was underway. Staff was slim. Pool and breakfast area was too crowded.

We had a room reserved durign the Iowa State Fair. I expected to be jabbed on the price and I was. The room smelled terribly musty and dank. The clerk spryed sometthing but it only added a different odor. We would have gone somewhere else, but all motels were full. They never should have rented that room to anyone. I cimplained to the motel manager but he was indifferent. I would never stay at this place again!

We had reserved for 2 nights a non smoking room.We arrived to find we could have the no smoking room the first night, but, would have to move to a smoking room the second night. Well, we took the stinky room with the refrigerator that froze all our drinks. First the hotel clerk said we paid too much and then said we had got a good deal since she couldn't upgrade us to solve the smoking issue. Said the pool was open late, but, in fact closes at 9. Did I mention the ice machine didn't work either?

Great location. TV signal was bad & pool cold. Microwave/fridge in room a plus. Spa shared shower and was not accesible via bathroom.
