Room was clean, but we asked for non-smoking and got a smoking room. They were unable to move us. Pool was okay, but had to ask for towels because they were out (it took them a LONG time to get us the towels). Somewhat understaffed -- at one time, the desk clerk said he was the only person there, so he couldn't leave the desk to do something for us. Hotel was near a lot of restaurants.

Dirty, Ice machines out. This hotel was very dirty. The toilets were not clean and there was dirt behind the chairs & beds. The ice machines were empty. The room very outdated.

Absolutley great Hotel. #1 Staff service. Great Pool . Also hotel got look like T1 internet speed - it is very fast internet. Excellent complimentry Hot & Deluxe Breakfast. Very Clean - Friendly staff and great attitude. One of the best hotel in Anderson

my husband ,grandson,and i stayed here and were all very satisfied,from the time we checked in till time we checked out.i would highly recommend to anyone.

Good location. Room was not clean; bed linens, comforter dirty. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mirrors were very dirty and comforter had not been washed. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Overall - not as clean as I had hoped for.

This last Sat night we stayed at this hotel & visited the new casino in Anderson.What a nice hotel ! For the money i think it was one of the cleanest,well kept hotels we've ever stayed in. We will definitly stay here again and recomend it to our friends.

The Comfort Inn in Anderson was very convenient to the expressway for our purpose. The room was clean and odor free. The air conditioner was a little noisey but tolerable. The staff were very polite and seemed happy to be employed there, (a good sign in my mind). I would defintely recommend this hotel to my friends. There were many different types of restaurants for any meal.

The outdoor area for smoking was nice. Lots of outdoor seating. For a handicap room not very convenient. Overall the hotel was very comfortable, manager quite nice and helpful. Clean room but not too convenient for handicap.

This hotel had the best reviews of Anderson Hotels I could find hence my decision to stay here. I paid over $$ including tax and this hotel is not worth more than $$. I would risk the other cheaper facilities they can't be any worse. I would not pay $$ to stay here again.. 1. At check in the front desk was unmanned a nearby staffer seemed more interested in opening a package than acknowledging us. 2. Room was spacious though the chair was visibly dirty. Overall room OK. 3. Towels are in need of replacement. Started turning yellow, supposed to be white. 4. Bathroom was a disaster unfortunately I found this out too late to request room change. The bathtub was clogged and filled up as I showered. Had to use straw to unclog. 5. Their continental is nothing to write home about and is cleared promptly at ten regardless of whether you are standing right there. 6. Staff is unfriendly never look up to acknowledge customers passing in lobby, never smile or offer any kind of greeting. 7. Last but not least I was woken up at 8:30 by the cleaning lady so that she can come in and clean?? Check out is at 12:00. We got a sarcastic 'Sorry' when we informed her we were still sleeping.

The pool and hot tub were nice and the location was great. NA. This hotel is a great deal for the money. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel is located in a great location near shopping, food, and the interstate. The hotel is modern and the rooms were clean. One of the nicer 2* hotels that I have stayed at.

Upon arriving in the very spartan room, the first thing that struck me was the size of the bed. Most hotels offer 2 Queen beds. This hotel has only double beds. This was not much of a problem. What WAS a problem was that my 'non-smoking' room smelled of old smoke, and had cigarette burns on the comforter. The beds were also quite hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, the floor had not been vacuumed recently, and a half-full soda can was left on the floor next to one of the beds. I've stayed in hotels for far less money and gotten a much better, cleaner room that what I found here. There are much better hotels in the same city block as this one for a comparable price.

It was clean and great location very convenient lots of rest aunts near by. Buffet was grabbed out from under everyone's nose right at 10:00 am. Do not get in line no later than 9:45 or your food will be taken away! Very nice for the 2 star rating.

Overall review - very good. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a large pool area and a good continental breakfast. There are many dining options nearby.

We opted to stay in Anderson after our annual Thanksgiving dinner instead of driving home for two hours. The staff was helpful and efficient. Our room was a smoking room and from past experience we knew that it may not be in the best repair and this was true again. The carpet was worn to the floor and the windows needed a good scrubbing. The internet access was a real plus. We'll stay there again next Thanksgiving and definitely bring our swim suits!

The rooms are dirty. We went in 3 rooms before we found one clean enough and still had to ask for new sheets for my own comfort. The front desk staff was very nice.

"The Comfort Inn in Anderson offers good value in terms of reasonable pricing, convenience to nearby establishments, easy access to the Interstate, comfort & security. Free Wireless Internet is a definite plus in this price range."
