My father, Richard Levy, and I went to my brother's ordaination and then stayed to visit the sights. Although the weather was unforgiving, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the area and the people. Our stay at your hotel was very nice and we were treated very well. When we told the desk about the amount of noise above us, they took care of it properly and promptly. That was much appreciated it. We would definitely stay there again if we went back to Rapid City.

Room was nice enough. The staff was not very friendly, but the people in South Dakota didn't seem that outgoing. I am from Colorado and people say Hi and thank you most of the time.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Friendly staff. Would have preferred the partial room divider to be larger to separate the rooms more. We had a great overnight stay. We enjoyed ourselves and it met all of our expectations.

I was not expecting too much based on the price of the stay, but this is a newer hotel in a great location and exceeded all of my expectations. It is well kept inside and out and the staff I had contact with at check-in was extremely friendly. Pool area was typical of hotels these days but definately served the purpose. Rooms were very clean and smoke free! Great value, wonderful experience. Highly recommend for an affordable stay.

The location. Our room was not cleaned on 2nd night, manager rude. The second day we returned from swimming and wanted a shower. We had no soap, no new towels, no liner for our ice bucket. We called the front desk and was rudely told to come and get it ourself. The manager later banged on our door and more or less threw the soap at us. We expected better from the Comfort Inn.

The hotel was great! I travel for business 3 out of 4 weeks per month so staying at a nice place is important to me. This hotel was principally occupied by bikers attending the Sturgis Rally. They had towels out near the lobby for bikers to use in wiping down their bikes each day we were there. The hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfast was good. I would highly recommend it.

The Rapid City Comfort Inn was very comfortable, the room seemed larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked that we had a mini-fridge and a microwave so we could bring home leftovers from the steakhouse. It had two queen beds and a sofabed (which my 11 year old daughter loved). The pool and hot tub were very fancy, with colored lights (which my daughter also loved). The free continental breakfast room was very fresh and did not disappoint.

Clean rooms. Don't like the sink separate from the bathroom. Good, very comfortable pillows. Beds are nice, lots of TV channels.

Great location with easy access to Hwy 16 for area attractions. Cosmos and Bear Country are just minutes away, and the same road will take you to Mt Rushmore. Continental breakfast was excellent, with omelets and waffles in addition to the standard fare. Hotel is in excellent condition, and we were pleased to find ourselves in a suite when we expected a standard room.
