The Comfort Inn- Alliance, OH was very comfortable. The room was spacious and closet space adequate. The vanity area was complete with long counter, hair dryer and adequate lighting.

Housekeeping good job and breakfast good. The rules of the pool/hot tub only applied to guests, staff was inhospitable. The housekeeping and breakfast was great! I don't like the attitude of the hotel staff. The staff was not friendly; no smiles or greetings.

Having stayed at this hotel at least three times over the last several years, I keep coming back. They have the best price for high quality, clean, safe, and secure facility. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. It's attachment to the city's Mall makes shopping easy without going out into the cold in the winter or heat in the summer. And they're pet friendly.

We were worried that our lab woulnd't be welcomed to a hotel this nice, but that wasn't the case at all. The manager even came out and pet our pooch, telling us about his. Great place.

Very CleanWater from the taps doesn't have an odor, unlike the water in some restaurants.Parking lot is pothole ridden.Staff is customer service oriented, able to answer hotel related questions.
