I like the location of the hotel.It is close to stores,etc.

We've had better experiences at other hotels in this chain; this one badly needs renovation. Our smoking room smelled like it, while the rest of the hotel had a room deodorizer smell. Our room had dirty carpet and a burn hole in the upholstery. The corner lobby breakfast area was cramped and poorly designed making breakfast difficult and a long wait. When I discussed my poor impressions at check-out, the manager seemed quite surprised!

Overall it was ok, but I wasnt impressed with the staff there, especially the front desk. She was quite unprofessional. I also found a nice looking roach in the morning. That was great to wake up to! Ok for a one night stay, but could do better.

Our room appeared to have new carpet, new bedding, including the comforter, clean tile in bathroom BUT, there was mold on the wallpaper in the bathroom (near the mirror)

The overall stay was ok, the bed was comfty. But the room was not well kept. The TV kept going out, the sitting chair was TAPED together, the bathroom door did not shut or lock, and the coffee maker was missing the top and there was a lot of dust, so we didnt use it. I think we will choose another hotel if we go back to Ohio again.

Bathroom was run-down. There was a cigarette but in the a/c vent. It looked like someone had made marks on the walls with a cigarette but. The room phone was greasy and had ashes on it.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay with king size bed, micro frig and microwave. Spacious bathroom, many pillows, towels and control of room temprature.
