Overall, the stay was good. The hotel had friendly staff, and provided a nice room. It was only lacking in the location and also the dining options.

This hotel is run-down and certainly hasn't been renovated in decades. The rooms were not very clean (i.e. wrappers on the floor, stained carpets, smell). I was asked for a copy of a photo ID. This is the first time I have ever been asked for a photo ID. I booked this hotel because my regular hotels were fully booked - I will certainly never return to this hotel. Condidering the price charged, I would have usually gotten a much better hotel for the same price. This is the type of hotel you would expect to pay 60 to 75 per night. The hotel is rated 3 starts, but it is worth, at best, 1 1/2 stars.

Convenient freeway access; large TV; microwave & mini fridge. Overall cleanliness; door wall to back parking lot; soiled bedding; broken door knob; no sink stopper. This facility does not deserve a two star. I've stayed in Red Roof Inns of better quality and accommodations. Parking was extra per night in an obvious non-urban setting where I could park across the street and not pay! I would have had a better stay at Courtyard/Residence Inn, than I've stayed at Courtyard. The room was tight and not meant for two doubles. There is no closet and insufficient clothing storage with TV chest. The microwave & mini fridge was handy. The wash basin had no drain stopper and when one was requested, were informed that none of the rooms had one. Great for loosing your valuables/contacts. The door knob to the bathroom came off and was placed back on after being reported. Knob was not secured and came off just as before. Great way to spend a weekend if you love no options stay and a big rig outside your door wall facing the back parking lot. The air/heat unit wasn't sealed from the outside and a cold draft was constant at foot of one bed.

A Mcdonald's nearby. Hotel name includes airport. This property is not for transit travelers. If you have heavy baggages, you have to bring it up to your room without an elevator. Shuttle service costs 5.00CDN each way.

Proximity to wide variety of restaurants, friendly, efficient staff. The bathtub was sadly in need of replacement, enamel was chipped off, cable TV with poor quality. Overall pleased. Room was clean, beds were comfy, staff was efficient and proximity to Highway #401 were bonuses. The Tub looked beyond worn with chipped off enamel. The cable TV had crappy signal and unable to view some of the channels. Free wireless internet made up for the poor TV signal.

Decent price, okay location. No hot water for shower. When I got there, there was one receptionist and she was so slow. The 3 other people in line and I just looked at each other and sighed. It took >30mins just to check in and get a room key! Once in the room, there were chips strewn about the bed and no remote for the TV, so I called down and they provided another room. In this room, I was about to take a shower later at night, only to find that there was no hot water; it was either freezing cold water or really cold water. I only needed to rest for a few hours, but needless to say. I was not impressed with this establishment.

Close to 401 and lots of restaurants. Had to pay for parking, bathroom needs updating. What I expected for the star level. Did not expect to have to pay for parking in a suburban area!
