The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel is located close to restaurants and shopping as well as being close to the freeway. The old port area and old orchard beach are just minutes away.

The front desk clerk at check-in was confused and discomfort. The clerk that checked me out seemed to not care about what I was asking her. Great location, clean, everything you need. In spite of my negative comments about the clerks, the girl who picked me up at the airport was very friendly and wouldn't accept a tip because she enjoyed being able to come get me.

Good clean rooms and helpful service people. HIghly recommend.

We were able to easily get transportation to the airport the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not much for frills but a nice clean quiet room. All I was looking for was a clean and comfortable room. This place does not have a pool, fitness room, or any of those other things that I was not interested in paying extra for. What it did have was a pleasant staff, clean room with a nice bed and a reasonable continental breakfast.

If you're looking for a nice, but yet economical place to stay, this is it! The staff was terrific, the room was comfortable and very, very clean. The breakfast was unbelievable for no more than the hotel cost. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the Old Port and Casco Bay area. It is also near the mall which is nice. Can't say enough good about it. Thank you Comfort Inn, Portland staff!!

I fly to Portland from FL and then travel up north from there. Being winter, I decided to stay the night in Portland and continue on the next morning. The Comfort Inn was perfect: close to the airport, clean, comfortable room, not far from restaurants and both 95 & 295. Great place to stay and I will use this hotel whenever I fly into the Portland Jetport.

Cleanliness. Not enough electrical outlets. Very comfortable room, pleasant staff.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and to Old Port, which was a very nice city to shop and walk around in. The hotel staff suggested some good restaurants. We liked the free breakfast at the hotel too, it was very good.

On the first night there was no hot water and they reimburse the price of the room for that night. Very good for the price.

Price, and location. Breakfast area was crowded, but the hotel was full. Staff was very friendly, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, well worth the price.

Its your basic modern hotel designed for the businness traveler with somewhat small rooms. They have a nice breakfast area with a waffle machine. 24 hour free coffie and cookies. Al areas were clean. They have a shuttle van.

Close to airport. Good bang for your buck and good location.

The Comfort Inn Portland was comfortable with a nice bed, sitting area, and deck for writing. The only problem I had was with the internet in the room. I had to reset the modem prior to using. There were no instructions in the room on how to hookup to the internet and it took some time to find the ethernet cable. There were instructions on the cable about how to sign on the internet. I used the hotel because of my flight out of Portland and this hotel offered free shuttle service. Other hotels offered the same service but for more money. This hotel is priced about right for the service provided.

Airport shuttle! Very convenient and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Perfect for those one night stays before early flights. Convenient to many restaurants.

The Comfort Inn Airport is situated perfectly for a one or two night stopover. I have stayed three times now and the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast, with the homemade waffles, is just right. The shuttle from and to the airport, at no cost, adds to the overall value.

Staff and convenience to transportation. The hotel was convenient to transportation (airports, buses and trains) and quiet for being in such a busy location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable.

We started and ended our NE vacation here, staying 4 nights total. All amenities were nice. Back door to hotel did not lock as it was designed to do.

The Inn was very clean and accessible to the Portland area. A great value
