My stay was overnight so I would be close to the airport for my early flight. The hotel is in need of updates. The carpet felt and looked very dirty with several stains. The muggy feel of the room and hallways were very uninviting and left me with less than a good nights rest.

For the money I paid, It was a horrible experiense. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. It smelled. Couldn't get internet access from my room, which I requested. Would have had to go to another floor, nothing was available. It was either very hot or very cold in the room. There was no in between. The "menu" in the room showed room service, resteraunt hours, and bar hours. None of them existed!! It took the shuttle 30 minutes to pick me up after I was told to just come down 10 minutes before I needed to leave and they would call for pick up. After waiting a half hour, I was told something different. I could have spent half the money at a cheaper hotel and had better!!

The hotel was completely packed, with both persons and vehicles. There was NO WHERE for us to park. A partner hotel location over 3+ miles away was offered to us to park at and they would shuttle us back to our hotel. We were not comfortable leaving our vehicle so far away and they clearly state they are not responsible for any damages or loss. We ended up parking in a unassigned area on the lot. The front desk stated that they had 2 family reunions going on and that every night the parking situation is this way. The room had no air on prior to our arrival, it was humid, damp, and muggy warm. The air finally got cool about 2 a.m, but never cold. The hotel was completely out of fitted sheets and blankets for the sofa sleeper for my children. The housekeeping tried to enter our room at 8:30 a.m, which I've never experienced before in my travel experiences. We had no Do not Disturb sign to post. We were sleep and they woke us up, very RUDE! The high speed internet would not work, & I contacted the hotel desk twice about these issues and they said there was nothing that they could do for us. We paid a total of * for this horrible stay and will never stay with this Brand of hotel again!

Easy access from airport - too expensive for old facility. Very small beds - full size instead of queens. Carpet wasn't very clean. Did not supply mattress cover for portable crib.

Friendly, helpful staff, andnice breakfast. Well-worn facility, really needs a major updating. This is conveniently located near I-70 and the airport. It provides a free shuttle to/from the airport and a free breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout. If you travel east from the hotel the neighborhood deteriorates quickly. The hotel offers a park/fly option which means their limited parking can fill up. The rooms show a lot of wear. You may find problems with your room, but at least they are willing to let you try a different room.

we have reason to recommend this hotel, and the reason is that we did not have any single complaint! This hotel provides shuttle service which according to my friend would have taken more than 20 minutes to receive us on Lambert airport. So we were planning to first hae dinner, but surprisingly shuttle was there to take us within 5 minutes!!!!!!!! My room was clean, and my friend was extreamly happy with her room. She kept on talking about the beautiful facilities of the hotel all the way back home. and asked me to review the hotel on her behalf. Bathrooms were super clean. rooms were well maintained. Staff AMAZING! Loved everything about this place, the heated pool most :)

The parking for the size of the hotel is severly inadiquate. When checking you you see a sign stating you can park at another hotel some distance away then tell clerk you need shuttled back to your hotel. (it is close to airport with shuttle service so for traveling not bad deal) 8 story hotel with 2 elevators as only access (max 6 people ea) Waited 20 min at one point just to get to room Positives were rooms were clean and staff very good but would not stay here myself again

I stayed at Comfort Inn & Conference Center of St. Louis, Missouri for 1 day. Rest of my stay was for the business purpose. I liked the meeting rooms at Comfort Inn & Conference Center. The meeting room was huge. Good arrangements made by the staff. The management was sharp and prompt. All the best facilities were provided by the hotel on time for our company meeting. The internet access was free for all our business team attending the meeting. Manager [...] personally took care of our needs and made sure that the meeting goes smoothly without any disturbances. I liked the hotel pool area the best. The pool was indoor and heated pool. The breakfast was free, and maintained fine quality..staff at breakfast area helped well. The hotel was clean at all times and all places. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Free airport shuttle service did a great job of receiving and dropping their guests on time. Fitness center was one of the best amenities of the hotel. Me and my colleagues were impressed by the meeting facilities and other amenities at Comfort Inn & Conference Center. I hope that all our future meeting in St. Louis, Missouri are held at Comfort Inn & Conference Center hotel.

Convenient location.. The rooms were older and dingy. I have stayed in many Comfort Inns. This Comfort Inn by far was the worse one I have been in. The first room we were given was dirty, dingy, and had stains on the floor as well as a piece of carpet cut out. The hotel staff was friendly and did accommodate our request for a new room. The new room was much better in comparison to the first room, but still not up to par with most Comfort Inns I have stayed in.

The staff was very helpful. Hotel very clean,room was clean and neat,beds super comfortable. Loved the free continental breakfast. Beautiful warm pool. Perfect place to stay if you are planning to fly to St Louis or park your car for few days. Would surely stay at Comfort Inn Airport and Conference Center during my next visit to fabulous St Louis.

We had a room from 07/04/08 to 07/06/08. We checked in which took over 20 min. There was 1 person at the desk that either did not know her job or was just plain slow. I had 3 people in front of me, and had to wait forever. We had to park in a back grass lot because the parking was HORRIBLE. Not mentioned on website. Wish I would seen the reviews earlier. I will do better investigating next trip. No nice restauarants close. I will spend the extra money for a nicer hotel next time. There was a Renaissance closer to the aiport, and I begged my husband to let us check out and go there. They had enough parking for their number of floors and some to spare. This 7 floor hotel had parking for probably 2-3 floors. The first night noisly guests woke us up at 1:00am and 4:00am, but I figured the staff would not do any thing. Quieter the second night. Heated pool was nice, but kids were there without parents so me and my children left it after only swimming 15 minutes. Nice breakfast, but closed at 9:00-too early. Not enough elevators. We paid plus tip for a cab to go to a nice restaruant because we were afraid that we would not have a parking space when we got back. Great hotel if you are sleeping and then heading to ariport. If there would have been heavy rains, the partons parking in the grass may have been stuck in mud. Cleaning people did not replenish our towels the first morning, and the staff was so unhelpful, we just hung them up and tried to conserve. No towels to dry off with at pool. Luckily my kids brought their own beachtowel. UGH!

Convenient to airport. They did not have coffee anywhere, the shuttle driver was rude, the shuttle was late both times, we had to wait 30 minutes at airport for the shuttle. I will not stay here again.

This place is worth spending money and gave me a lot more than what I paid for 2 days. The hotel looks very clean. They provide free shuttle service. They also have free breakfast, free internet. My room had all the amenities which should be there in any five star hotel. The pool and fitness center were clean as well. The staff was polite and were good in their duties. The hotel does not have enough parking lots and we had to find one for a couple of minutes. It was a very relaxing stay. I would like to visit this place again.

I got the best vacation deal from this site. we travel normally with our family and friends in summer together. We did a search on this site and happen to get a packaged deal for a week.Nice hotel with a good restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Breakfast was awesome as my kids enjoyed it. I love their pancakes with syrup. Pool was an extravaganza as it opens from outside in summer and kids spent lot of time swimming in pool. Staff very warm and receptive and informative about the local area too. we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We were in Comfort Inn Airport and Conference Center, St Louis for a week. And there are many things which I liked about the hotel. We were told that a shuttle will be coming to pick up from the airport. When we called the hotel, the shuttle was there just within 5 mins. I did not expect that quick service and I was happy to see the shuttle after that long travel. We had a beautiful room, very well maintained. It was clean. Overall the hotel lobby, the surrounding area, everything looked clean. The staff working at front desk was also helpful. They helped us with the directions to nearby places. The breakfast was good. It was till 9:30 am. So we didn't have to rush very early in the morning for breakfast. Room service was quick. The cleaning people always made sure that every corner in the room is clean. So everyday after coming back to hotel it felt good to see the clean and tidy room. The gym in the hotel is not very big, but had all the basic facilities such as napkins, big screen TV,etc. The pool was indoor and heated. It was very relaxing and quiet. I also liked the lounge there. I got a good deal for this hotel. This hotel serves their purpose of giving the best services. I will never want to waste extra money for other expensive hotels if I can get such good services at such good price.

We have booked as a group at this hotel and got very good deal where they gave us a meeting room free. We really liked our room decor as it looked nice and beds soft and room clean. Our inteenet was a bit slow at the business center and room service was also slow, but the food was tasty and kids enjoyed it. The best feature for kids in this place is the indoor pool which was heated and well lit with big spacious indoor out door feature. Free Hot breakfast was excellent except this day it was sold out so way too many people in the line, but the choice are nice and plentyful. Business center printer worked for printing as we don't have the lapotop or printer with us. The lounge has good choice but restaurant had limited menu. Kids menu was available so kids had fun time. Friendly staff had arranged the meeting room in a nice maaner with decor. I think this place is very good and economical if you are having family reunions. I definaltely come back here.
