Clean, friendly staff, close to airport, andairport shuttle. Bathroom and room smells very damp, bathroom does not have electric vent!

This hotel is convenient to the airport and is great for a stay before an early flight. They also offer free parking while you are away.

I arrived at the Comfort Inn early but staff were very accommodating and the room was ready so they let me in before the check in time. Coffee awaited us in the lobby and staff were very friendly. The room was a little stuffy when I first entered but after the A/C was on for a few minutes it was fine. Airplanes fly over the hotel but it wasn't a problem as the room was very comfy. In the AM there wasn't much of a selection of food when I went to the dining area but when I came back within an hour to check out the food had been replenished and very tasty! Staff were very helpful and willing to help. I enjoyed my stay and it would be my first choice again if the need arose! Linda

They run a shuttle to the airport beginning at 4:30 a.m. and were very accommodating about the shuttle. Vending machines had only 1 diet product (Diet Coke) and it was empty. Clean, servicable, but best of all, right across from the airport. Shuttle was prompt. Front desk was helpful and spoke excellent English.

Easy access. Sometimes the carpets seem dingy. I have stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. Shuttle to the airport is always accommodating.

We did not have a good experience here. There were two women working the front desk when we arrived one was helping a customer and one was chatting with a friend. We were in the rooms across the driveway from the main building. Our room was musty, the bathroom fixtures were old, and the carpet needed to be replaced. It was very noisy because of air traffic, but we were there for the short drive to the airport the following morning. At roughly 2 AM the hotel clerk checked another family in to our room. Good thing we had on the deadbolt. As it was I had to get up to explain to them that they couldn't have our room because we were already there. Buffet breakfast was typical - we had to leave by 4:30 so the entire buffet wasn't available, but it was fine. The only benefit to the hotel was that we could park there for the duration of the trip for a small amount - I think it was * - and the hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up. The shuttle driver was friendly. Even for the parking convenience I would never stay there again.

Coffee in the morning and the ice machine. Could hear everything through the walls = noisy neighbors. This hotel had very small rooms and bathroom. It was clean and attractive but too expensive for the service and size rendered. Airport location added to noise problems - restaurants not in convenient location to hotel. Parking became a problem when hotel was full.

We made the decision to fly out of Rochester for our trip to Florida. This was perfect. Its not a resort/spa but it was very clean; the staff was friendly and in terms of airport access...you can't beat it. A 5 minute shuttle and we were on our way. And I might add that it was nice to be able to leave our car for the week and be welcomed back by the shuttle a week later...Bravo

The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food items. The hotel seemed to be in a bit of a run down status. This hotel provided the basic needs, but desperately needs to be renovated. The hotel parking spaces were very small and the parking lot was only 1/3 of the size it should be. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating.

This hotel was wonderful for the price! It was very clean, had free wireless Internet, free gourmet coffee 24 X 7, free shuttle to restaurants, and a very friendly staff. Quiet and safe, plane noise was minimal and didn't bother me at all. Will stay there again!"

"Across the street from Rochester Airport actually means at the end of a runway! It's fun/thrilling/scary, depending on your taste, to watch planes skimming a few feet over the roof of the hotel as they land. Fortunately they stop by 10 or 11 at night. Check the AC before accepting a room--some are very noisy. Mediocre breakfast."
