Smoking smell in the non-smoking room. No elevator to 2nd floor. Had to carry large bags up the stairs. NOT SAFE.

Quite , clean easy to access. No place to eat your breakfast , you have take it to your room, small TV , Noisy AC. Nice and quite two floor hotel. You will park your car next to your room, friendly staff . Breakfast is continental but no place to eat in the lobby, you have to take your food to your room small TV, noisy AC.

Excellent value. The area was a little bit sketchy but still safe. Excellent deal and undervalued at only 2 stars. I would rate it 3 stars.

Friendly staff. Close by some restaurants. Breakfast not that great. A lady is camped out there serving you in the lobby. It was a bit uncomfortable. No place to sit. Good to stay overnight if you need a place to sleep and shower. Not a place to go if you want to visit Quebec.

The price and cleanliness. Was just passing through before going home from Florida trip. No seating at included breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room. Restaurant walking distance. Good price through Price Line.

Good value for the money. Just needed a place to put our heads. Everything fine! I liked paying less for accomodations when we knew we were only going to be at the hotel to sleep.

Free breakfast. Room had a smoky smell to it. Cheaper alternative to staying in Old Quebec, and is only 15-20 minutes away. Good value for the money. Simple rooms and free breakfast.

Quiet and clean. No sitting space in the lobby for continental breakfast. This is a solid 2 star hotel. Hotel and room were both clean and quiet. The front desk staff polite and helpful. Continental breakfast would be more aptly described as continental breakfast rationing due to the somewhat irritating monitoring by the breakfast seargent. Don't look for a table to sit at while you enjoy you breakfast muffin...go back to your room, there aren't any in the lobby.

Friendly staff - free breakfest. Basic hotel - nothing for kids to do. For the price the hotel was above expectations. For a place to sleep and grab a quick breakfast of Eggo's and cereal it was great. Not a romantic getaway we were there for a karate tournament with the kids so it was perfect for that.

Easily to access from auto route and arrive quebec city. Nothing negative. This comfort in was very receptive, large clean rooms with lots of pillows on beds. Very calm and and pleasant. Met and expectations.

Very clean, located near all major restaraunts, great breakfast. Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and had all that was expected. The breakfast included a large variety of choices. The hotel was located near all major food chains and restaurants as well as having two grocery stores near by. The hotel was located at approximately 20 minutes from Old Quebec. And get this: A beer bottle distributor near the Coke Machine, only in Quebec! A very pleasant stay overall.

Fantastic breakfast, kind staff, clean bathroom. Location was not good to tour old town of Quebec. Even though the hotel location was not attractive to tour Quebec old town, the hotel facilities was more than my family expected. Especially, the breakfast was so great.

The room space was perfect. The heaters are old and very very noisy ! You barely could sleep. Except the heaters, everything was ok!

They were couteous, tried to be helpful. Misleadind about restaurant location- only a Chinese reataurant nearby, no public bus service. Pleasaant personel, quiet room, decent breakfast bar, misrepresented availabliity of restaurants and no public bus service within walking distance.

The room was comfortable, neat and clean and my stay was comfortable. Hotel could offer more information for outdoor activities such as; hiking, biking and scenic routs for visitors. The room me and my family stayed in was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I wish hotel could have more information about locle trips such as; hiking, biking and scenic routs where person could drive to see mountains things like that. There is some information available. Over all comfort inn is good place to stay.
