Wonderful, I will stay again. But the rugs needs to be cleaner especially on the floors with the odd numbers. Also the shower drain needs to be free flowing. Thank you.

Morning breakfast and room with refrigerator. Nothing. Very good locations, very good facility like internet coffe maler.

There are a few things we found satisfactory, such as the proximity to the airport and availabiity of internet use, however, out of everything that makes a stay away from home enjoyable cleanliness is number one. The room had not been thoroughly vacuumed and remnants from past guests were visible. The areas by the elevator were strewn with trash. Due to the openness of the structure perhaps it requires that it be gone over at least two, three times a day to prevent it from looking down right filthy.

The only thing I can say good about this hotel is that the Ft. Lauderdale beach (which was AWESOME) was only about 10-15 minutes away. And very worth it. The pool was soo HOT (it was waaay overheated), you couldn't get in to "cool" off. The bar was not open to get any water and there was no vending machine to get a bottle of water. And all the manager could do was give me a "warm" bottle of water from behind the desk and said it was complimentary. Now what good was that going to do when I was roasting hot to begin with in 95 degree weather?? We got a non-smoking room, which had cigarette burns in the comforter. The bed was slopeing in the middle, if I wanted to lay on the edge to get out of the slope, I always ended up in the middle of it. The T.V. kept having a static noise in it until it warmed up. You could barely understand the people at the desk. Don't let the "NO PARKING" fee fool you. It says no parking on all sites but after that they say once you check out you get charged 6.00/day for all parking guests. the only reason why I would stay there again is for the location! Only 5 minutes from FLL airport. And for the beach location!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times..I keep going back b/c it is so convienent to so many things..There is a very LARGE shopping center next door..Too many eateries to mention. Staff that i have come in contact with have been great. Yes, i have looked under the bed, and yes it could use a vaccum. But everything else is great. I am booking another stay right now. Was just peeking as what others had said..Stay here, it is truely friendly and the grill guy sure can cook chicken..Pool temp is perfect, even for those cooler evenings..See ya there.....

Room was clean, but NO HOT WATER!!! Was misled regarding transportation to cruise ports. Tried to arrange in advance but was told to wait until check-in. At check-in, our cruise was booked and had to take a taxi. Room was close to pool and bar. Was very noisy until late at night. Hallways and stairway were outdoors and very poorly lit and unsafe at night.

The free breakfast ,free internet/printing/faxing, convenience of having an excursion desk in the lobby and next to food / mall. Having to walk outside to get to room. Room was musty when entered until air conditioning cooled the room. This hotel was very friendly and attractive. It was also really close to the airport with a free shuttle. I really enjoyed the free breakfast and the two computers to use the internet that had a printer/fax to use for free also. There was also another company that offered excursions around town in the front lobby, the mall and several fast food places were with two blocks.

Stayed one night prior to cruise. Convenient transportation from airport and cruise port. Low budget room. Poor reception on TV. Rooms ready for remodel. Not worth the price per night. No real resturant in hotel. Loved the lady bartender.

Stayed at this Hotel for the location and free shuttle pick up at the Airport and to the Cruise Port. We stayed 2 days prior and 2 days after our cruise. There was a hiccup when we got back from our cruise, there was a long wait for the shuttle, so much so that we got a cab back !! 1st 2 days we had an older room, not bad but found out on our next stay they had rooms with microwaves and refrigerators, you should ask for one of these. The second stay we were given a room but found it to have wet carpet due to a leak from the bathroom shower. A phone call was all that was necessary to get moved, the on duty manager was very friendly and helpful. All the staff were friendly esp. Frank ? the Porter, he?s been there many years (he likes to tell you this on numerous occasions !) also I can?t remember his name but the guy at the pool side BBQ was also really friendly. This Hotel is close to a Mall area and lots of places to eat, there is a Diner close by which we found to have excellent food. The hotel has a BBQ at the poolside for burgers etc. we used it a couple of times, great if you are not in the mood for walking ! We are planning another cruise next year and will be staying at this hotel again.

We flew in to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise out of Miami. This hotel offered free shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport. Going back the shuttle only runs on the hour so you need to be aware of that. They had a free shuttle to the cruise port close by, for the Miami cruise port (about 30 minutes away) it would of been $15 per person, we were able to get our own shuttle van for less through Sawgrass shuttle service. The hotel is in a good location, next to a shopping center, lots of food choices. It is not luxury by any means and needs a little TLC but I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and anxious to make sure you were taken care of. For the price and for what we needed this place was perfect! We stayed 3 different times and got 3 very different rooms, so a little inconsistancy in what the rooms have. Some had newer air conditioners that worked better, also small refridgerators and microwaves. I think going in knowing these things would be helpful as you can request a room with the digital air and rooms with microwave etc. The king room seemed roomier, although the double rooms were fine as well.

Was a little disappointed we had to walk quite a way to get to a resturant that wasn't fast food. The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful door man to help with you luggage. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, they took our cell phone number and said they would call when it was and we could go for lunch. The door man took our luggage and told us to come back in a half hour and don't wait for a call it would take to long. We did what he said and when we checked in the second time it was ready just like he said, 1/2 hour. The breakfast is a typical continential breakfast but filling and quick if you are ibn a hurry. Shuttle service is great.

We stayed after a cruise. There is a shopping mall withihng walking distance for something to do. Lots of fast food places within walking distance. A very nice diner with very good food is easly walked to. Nothing much to do within walking distance, but the motel is very nice and clean. The pool is what you would expect in Florida, very tropical. Transportation to the airport was good, but not great. Free internet to check on your flight and print boarding passes, if you are willing to wait for it. We would stay again

Clean, bar area by the pool, bell hop was outstanding. Unorganized front desk, too long to get a room ready. Nice place, very clean, and close to the ports. Excellent service from airport and to the ports. The bellhop was absolutely outstanding, very helpful, cheerful man. Front desk could use a lot of work, took hours to get a room ready and did not notify us as they said they would. We had to continue to check on the room.

We stayed here prior to our cruise. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, had a free breakfast in the morning, and they also provided a reasonably priced package that included transportation to Port of Miami in the morning for the cruise departure. The front desk people were all friendly, helpful, and informative, although there was another employee there, and she was down right rude. While we were there the woman in the room next door knocked on our door, and said she had stayed in our room the week before, and she thought she dropped her glassed behind the bed, and asked if she could check for them. My daughter looked under the bed, and sure enough, there they were, as well as a flashlight.......that didn't belong to the woman. So I know it had not been cleaned under the bed in at least a week. Also, my Mother and daughter had a bunch of little bites on their feet and ankles in the morning when we got up....YUCK!!!

This was an excellent hotel and value! The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, and nicely decorated, with all the amenities you would want. The price was much better than some other hotels in the area, which had been a great disappointment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
