Although an old property, and somewhat run-down, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. For the cost we still got an ironing board/iron and a coffee maker in the room so all was good there. Hotel is next door to an all night restauraunt, close to the airport, and a good value considering the surrounding properties are twice as much.

Price. They need to find better cleaning products! The bathroom was bad. I would stay here again for the same price I paid. I think 2 stars may be generous. The sink and tub were not clean; there was hair on the tub and floor. They need to find better cleaning products.

"Property is in need of a good cleaning. There were stains on one of the pillows in the room I stayed in. The bathroom was not clean. The parking lot and stairs to the guest rooms need to be swept. I travel to New mexico often, and would not ever stay here again."

The Comfort Inn Airport was an okay hotel. The bathrooms were kinda nasty looking and the drain didn't drain properly which was pretty gross. The hotel overall was alright, but definatley not the nicest. The hotel staff was nice, but they were a little under staffed at the front which caused a pretty good wait.

"This was to be a special weekend in a nice hotel. I have stayed in Comforts and always been pleased with them. I was shocked to find this one grubby. The carpets have an outline of dirt around the walls where the vacuume stops, this was in the room and common areas, all the carpeted areas. The bathroom tiles were stained with black. The walls need painting or scrubbing to get the crud off. The towels were the harshest I have ever used. I paid for 3 days and each day I was locked out and had to have my key renewed. I will not return. I do not recommend this hotel to any one. "

The room was spacious and comfortable, and included a table and chairs. However, the bathroom was not clean. I found long dark hairs in the tub and soap dish. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but the room was rather narrow, so getting your meal was difficult. The airport location is perfect, a few yards away from the rental car turnoff road.

The staff are very nice. The building is a wreck. Odd layout. Pillows were little squares on a king bed. I'm glad I payed a low price. If I had payed what the hotel was asking I would have expected a comp'ed room!

The Comfort Inn Airport at Albuquerque, NM was clean and comfortable and the room was decent-sized. The motel is close to the airport and easy to find. We arrived late and left early and therefore did not use the pool, business ctr, or fitness facilities. The motel was surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to the airport. The continental breakfast was standard fare (cereal, juices, coffee, tea, bagels, mini muffins, toast, english muffins, hard-boiled eggs, waffles, etc.); the breakfast area was well-maintained.

Location, free airport shuttle, friendly/helpful staff. Room furnishings were not high quality, no exercise room. Close to airport with early shuttle service and breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, but the rooms could have used some updating.

I would have to say the two things positive about the stay was the location which was close to the airport and the other was that the shuttle driver was very hospitable. the two negative things were that the heater was very noisy and woke me up several times and my initial room key was demagnitized so it didn't work.

Friendly andhelpful staff. Bathtub could have been a little cleaner. Convenient to airport and interstates. Nice amenities including free breakfast with waffle maker, internet, and microwave. A nice experience especially when arriving late and tired.

Good breakfast, overall hotel is a good value. Rooms /furniture are old but clean. Good hotel located next to the airport. The hotel is already quite old. Furniture and carpet need some refurbishment. The wall are quite thin, so we had to deal with the noise from the other rooms. Breakfast was nice, much better than we expected.

Convenient to ABQ airport. It's beginning to look a little run down.

I liked the breakfast in the morning. The TV had some kind of problem with satellite. I have stayed here many times and for the most part I am very pleased. The staff is nice and always helpful and the rooms are very nice.

The pool was perfection. It was the warmest ever and that was great. The hot tub jets did not work and the musty smell in the room. I would rate it at 1 star. The room had a smell, everything was old and worn out except for the bedspreads. The pool was very warm, but hot tub jets did not work, the breakfast was just okay.

Very quiet. The bath tub needed cleaning, no floor mattresses. Very quiet, not enough parking space.
