Very dirty; I have seen two spiders and their webs in a room. Dirty. It was terrible. How come the room had spiders and webs on its ceiling? I do not want to stay in the hotel like that.

Our first room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The bath tiles were heavily mildewed. The rug was filthy. The beds looked grungy. We asked for a different room but it too was grungy, except for the bath which had been renovated. Pay a bit more, get a lot more at nearby places.

Location. Breakfast was not ready on time the first morning - lots of spiders everywhere.

This is nice two star motel. It is not luxery, but clean and have very nice back view and patio area.

The only good thing is its location convenient to take sightseeing of Thousand Islands. No space to eat breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was great at recommending good restaurants in the area and giving directions to places we wanted to see.

The peace and quiet was very relaxing. The room was a bit dusty in the corners and brought on my gallery. An overall review would be "Great" - The location was very convenient in terms of restaurants, the casino and the boat tour, which was basically what I was there for. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
