The atmosphere outside the hotel was seedy for a family hotel with lots of men frequenting the Tabac on the ground floor! The cleanliness of the hotel itself was quite high but the actual room was less so - skirting boards, stains on ceiling. The customer service from the staff on the desk when checking in was exceptional - very pleasant and helpful however on leaving the next morning the member of staff on duty lacked patience and was quite rude when we tried to explain the loss of an IPOD (which we later found). Can't put your car in the locked car park if you have a roof box.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast, a little too far out from centre and a bar would have been nice.
