Its free shuttle bus collects guests from the airport and brings each guest to the hotel every half hour between 5pm and 2am. In the mornings, after a good night sleep and tasty buffet breakfast, the shuttle bus takes guests back to the airport between 4:15am and 9am (on Sundays until 10am). If guests wish to visit the city of Helsinki, the nearest bus stop is just outside the hotel and from there guests can catch a local bus to the Helsinki city center. Shopping, spa, beauty salons, bowling, golf simulators, and several restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel at Shopping Center Jumbo and Entertainment Center Flamingo. The hotel also cooperates with car rental company Novarent, so if guests would like to visit attractions nearby, it's easy to rent a car from the hotel reception to discover the area.

If arriving by car, the hotel offers its guests free parking up to two weeks at the hotel area or at a separate parking place. Parking areas are not guarded. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff is ready to help its guests in any matter, with pleasure. Guests can also relax in the sauna (steam room), which is open every evening. Meetings are also easy to arrange at the hotel. It has two recently renewed conference rooms and catering is also available. If guests are traveling with family, the hotel has family rooms available. The hotel has a Mediterranean-style restaurant, Volare, which has a delightful a la carte menu.

Guest rooms feature cable or satellite TV, a radio alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, desk and work area, and direct-dial telephones. High-speed internet access is available in all rooms. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. One child under 12 years old can stay in an extra bed free of charge in a double room with parents.
