Location near bus line. Slow elevators.

Breakfast is not included with the price, but is very good it has a lot of choices Front desk employees are very gentle and they speak English, internet is expensive, and location is not very nice the area does not look fine. The room is cozy but clean. Washroom is clean and offered towels, shampoo and soap. Very close to the train station (10 min).

Take small suitcases. It?s either you or your baggage around the bed. It is far from tourist attractions. The staff is unfriendly. There is mildew on the bathroom walls and ceiling. Often, I woke up with body ache because the bed is as hard-as-a-rock. Towels and sheets are good and clean. An iron is available after a deposit of 10 Euros. You must deposit 50 Euros for the use the phone.Sometimes we couldn?t open our door. Our key-card was continuously reset. Do not expect an explanation or an apology for the inconvenience. It won?t happen.

For the price, you can't expect luxury. The rooms were of modest size and the bed, although quite firm was comfortable. Staff accomadated move to a non-smoking room which was extremely quiet. Safe depost box key in room didn't work and staff was unable to provide any assistance. Showers need work. An additional fee (12 euros I believe) is charged for the breakfast. Hairdryers in bathroom have a 110 outlet which was unexpected. Only short walk to subway station. Nothing fancy but met basic needs.

This Hotel is maybe an option for a short stay, because the rooms are very basic. The bathroom & carpets require a good cleaning or change in the case of carpets. During our stay the ""breakfast included"" service was not respected. So, in general the service is poor. The Bistro for Dinner was a nice surprise. However, choose other where respect what is offered.

Our room smelled and had a moldy disgusting looking bathroom ceiling. If you get a room like this I guess you can ask to be moved, but this was the room we were moved to because our previous room had a shower that soaked the whole bathroom floor and was right next to the noisy elevator. I do not think the rating should be three stars because of these various conditions.
