The hotel overall is very good. On this particular trip, the overall appearance was not as good as previous trips but there was a large group of young people there at the time. Breakfast is very good,location is excellent with a lot of good eating places nearby, rooms comfortable and air conditioner relatively quiet for an in room unit. The business center was out at the time, and I was depending upon it to complete an assignment. However, on previous trips, it was working and very good. Desk staff are very accommodating and staff overall friendly. I especially like the balconies on every room and wide walk-up steps from floor to floor.

Balcony, location near mall, hot breakfast. Carpet in room and hall very dirty. Friendly, helpful staff,very comfortable beds, good TV, excellent breakfast, good location. Wish there had been a table in the room where we could have eaten or done bookwork. Our room had a connecting door to another room and the sound (TV) from the other room was quite disturbing.

Structural damage - water pipes? Two thirds of the facility was under repair. Room seemed to be thrown together - coffee maker missing - yet coffee provided. Prints on wall missing. Damp odor. Fans and vents running in hall way. Ice machine not working. Next floor up worse yet.

Good complimentary hot breakfast. Bathroom was dirty - hair in tub, mildew on caulking and shower head.

"The room was pristene and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent. There were scrambled eggs, sausauge, waffles and the assorted breads, coffee, and carafes of juice. A very complete breakfast."

The rooms were clean and wonderful. They did not keep the breakfast stocked and drinks were warm.

New personnel at front desk were confused to the wireless modums provided by hotel; didn't know there was soap in the laudry room when there was.
