Great location, from JR Hiroshima station take orange tram line and get off 11th stop Chuden Mae, hotel on left. We arrived at 2.30pm and check in was at 3pm, but they didn't give us room so we left suitcases with them and headed off for sightseeing. By foot Castle was 20 min away, great from outside, not alot inside. Next off to dome, and peace park etc, 10 min by foot from castle or if we had got our bearings earlier, 5 minute walk from hotel. Museum in the peace park is a must 50 cents entry fee! Back to hotel for 5.30pm. Next day we bought a 1 day trip card at hotel lobby for street car and ferry Y840. Headed off by tram to catch ferry to Miyajima Island- fantastic..famous for the 0-Torii grand gate that stands in the water in the morning, later in afternoon the tide had gone out and it stands in sand. Great island - is a must. Breakfast is okay- toast, cereal, fruit etc, rooms small but clean, pillows hard! Can leave suitcases at reception if you arrive early and also if checking out but still want to sight see. Cheap accommodation $98 for double room 1night.

Very close to Peace Memorial Park. Staff spoke English well. Room was nothing special. The price was great and the location was perfect- right off the streetcar and within a short walk of the main sightseeing attractions of Hiroshima. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The room was nothing special, but we were only here to sleep, so that was okay for us. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, I'd look for something a little nicer. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was slightly larger than other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Beyond that, the TV was small and the other hotel features just felt somewhat dated and rundown (note, the room was still very clean). I would still stay here again, but only if I was just using the room to sleep.

Very close to sights in Hiroshima. It was run down. Carpets were dirty. The hotel needed a sprucing up, esp for the price.

Easy to get to. Walking distance to Peace Park. For the price, it was clean and in walking distance to the shopping area and Peace Park. Its a nice place to stay if you're just there to sleep. I would recommend this hotel to others.
