I had a great stay in Frankfurt. Thanks to the helpful staff we were able to have an early check-in to the rooms without cost. we found free Tea & coffee in the room was very generous for the price we paid. the breakfast was fantastic. Hotel was close to all places of interest within a walk. will recommend this hotel to anyone.

It wasn't worth the moneyI stayed in this hotel, assuming it will be of reasonable standard, but it was terrible. It was more of a B&B. The area even though it's in city centre, is on the rough side of town. Has Con artists on every corner trying to hustle you for money. The people at reception weren't that helpful and the food was well below standard. I will never stay here again.

The bed sheets and pillows needed to be replaced, otherwise this would be a very good rating for cleanliness. The shower track also needs cleaning - good spray of bleach. The hair dryer was very weak. The location is a bit close to peep show neighborhood for family stay with small children, now we know, but the original hotel search is not helpful about neighborhood surroundings.

It could be stressed just how close to the main railway station the Comfort Hotel, superbly located close to the river and german market. Even the zoo was within walking distance, Will definitely be using the Hotel again on return visits

It was a nice hotel. A bit noisy on the road outside. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was because it advertised air conditioning in the room and I dont like sleeping in the heat. The room we got had only a fan and no air conditioner but luckly a cold front had moved in so we could open the windows. The breakfast was good and faciities clean. The walk there was a bit dicey in terms of strip joints but I did not feel unsafe at any point. I paid more than other times I have stayed near the train station for the air conditioning so I am a bit miffed at that but would stay here again if other places I know that are better value for the Euro were full. Also really wanted a twin room and ended up with a double. At least there were separate duvets for us.

A comfortable stay - no dramasI stayed here with my son en-route from Austria to Holland, it was a pleasant enough hotel which few and watered us satisfactorily.

Nice hotel, good value for my money. Very clean, well equipped. The only thing I missed was the double bed, but I was alone, so it wasn't a big problem. Had free internet, mini bar, coffee making facilities, even an iron and ironing board. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I only had breakfast, but that was very nice. Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult as I don't know the city, and had to ask twice to find it.

Did not eat at the hotel. The area the hotel is located did not give a lot of confidence regarding safety. The restaurant reccommended by the receptionist was not visited because of distance but was reputed to be good. All told the hotel would be classified as "average" .

Small room, had seen better days (big crack in sink, limescale in toilet, rickety shower door), relatively noisy area in Frankfurt's red-light district. Their luggage room was an open corridor without any security. I can't say I'm overly impressed, but it was okay for one night. The service was very friendly, though.

They missed one wake-up call out of five. Not bad, but it happened to be the morning I was departing from the Frankfurt airport, so it was the most important one. The people working at the front desk were all friendly and helpful.
