Convenient location. Breakfast not included. This hotel is in a great location for the tourist. It is only 3 blocks from the RER B line which is the train that takes you to CDG airport. That's especially important because it means not having to transfer to a metro line when you arrive. It is within an easy walk of cafes, the Pantheon, the Cluny, St. Sulpice and Notre Dame. The area is safe too. The room I stayed in was typically small but recently renovated with a contemporary elegance. The rooms were quiet. The staff was helpful and everyone spoke English. The only negatives (and minor at that) were that breakfast was not included and there was a small city tax (4.60 Euro for my week) I didn't expect to be charged at checkout. I would stay there again.

The front desk staff was not helpful. We chose a hotel who spoke English as our French was limited but depending on the staff member it just wasn't true. They were also unfamiliar with busses, trains etc even to local attractions. The hotel was typical of tiny european hotels and was pretty clean. The blow dryer was from the eighties. The rooms could use updating and the walls are paper thin. TV was old and had 4 channels. Location is pretty good.

My room was very clean and newly renovated. Awfully small room, do not go there if you have small children. This hotel was very close to Sorbonne and the Luxembourg garden, great location. The rooms were very clean and awfully small. Do not stay there if you have small/active children. You can barely fit your luggage in your own room. The breakfast is not good, just coffee, bread, croissant and butter...Overall, it was a nice stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very attentive, there was always somebody speaking English. Close to Luxembourg Garden, Pantheon, Sorbonne, metro and bus. Walking distance practically to everything if you really want to see the city. Lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, post office right on the corner - sent home a post card. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Beautiful old building, a lot of flowers outside windows. Very charming.Will come back again.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Yes, the rooms are a little small but the price is not bad. Chances are, your not going to spend much time in your room. If you are planning on spending your days out and about, the location and neighborhood is perfect. We visited during the summer, and it was very relaxed and quiet. Just a very short walk to St. Michel or Montparnasse and you'll see the hustle and bustle. There are places to eat everywhere you look. There was always someone on staff who spoke english.
