I arrive to the hotel at 2:00 AM and there was not anyone at the front desck, I had to wait about 10 min for someone to get there and make my check it.

close to the airport - close to a huge mall - close to racing/gaming place - about 20 min from downtown - if u get to save $50 per night, this is a better alternative than staying in downtown.

Hotel is close to the Airport. The hotel staff allowed me to check in early (12 PM) and they also allowed me to check out late (3 PM). If you are planning to visit the downtown/CN tower this hotel is 1/2 hour drive from downtown.

Comfort Hotel Airport North, was comfortable and well located so the air planes did not keep you awake when flying overhead.

Location. Lobby little heat. Little effort to reach out to customers despite a slack time. Just doing their job. Lobby was disappointing. Coffee machine in room needed replacing. TV had limited access.

It was well located for my needs. Room esthetics and lighting were awful as was the pool cleanliness. It felt like this hotel had gone through a war. A note in the elevator said every floor was under construction but it really looked like it was just an excuse for bad maintenance. If they were renovating, it should be done one floor at a time. The pool had grime around the tiles and was not remotely attractive. The room looked like a white box with little furniture, fridge on the floor and bad lighting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well equipped, great location, easy to get everywhere from there. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well from the last guest. Overall very happy with the room for the price. Room had a weird smell in it when we arrived possibly partly cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room/floor. Possibly it was a smoking room at some point as renovations were happening on the upper floors.
