Not too large. Hard to find. While I liked that it was a smaller Motel and more economical than others in the area, it was difficult to find (small sign). The room was clean but needed some updating.

The hotel uses the name COLWELL not Americas Best Value Inn. Consequently finding the hotel was made more difficult than necessary. We could have used much better directions. The facility was good and met our expectations.

"An older property lovingly maintained and with great personal service. High speed internet jacks in very clean rooms at an excellent price. Trains close by can bother some, but once in bed I only heard one. Soft sheets, good pillows, great towels. Vintage motel as it SHOULD be. Recommended."

"I think the new owners of this motel are to be commended for their spirit of hospitality and for their maintenance and upgrades of a ""vintage"" facility. They have done a super job, considering what they must have had to work with. Too bad they can't change the location of the railroad tracks, but I only heard the train horns twice. It's a great place to get a night's rest at a reasonable price--clean rooms, clean sheets, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, extra fluffy towels, hot shower, friendly staff, cookies and hot cocoa--didn't need anything more!"
