Originial 4-star hotel Columbus is a very special hotel in Monaco. A place to slow down, unwind and feel good about life as located in Fonteville which is a residential area of Monaco. City elevators help a lot and conduct everywhere in Monaco as all roads go up and down all the time. Designed by International Interior Designer Amanda Rosa, The Columbus has has a Riviera chic style, where beautifully glamorous and barefoot elegance sit easily side by side from the reception on the first floor, accessible by a lift. 60 bedrooms are beautifully light and contemporary and combine cool colour palettes with ethnic touches and warm natural materials such as leather, marble, wood and stone to create a feeling of sublime calm. Rooms are also well equipped with Flat TV screen, minibar, bathrobes,and safe. Using only beautifully fresh, seasonal ingredients, the Brasserie invites customers to capture the intense flavours of classic French, Provencal and Italian cooking and combines them with exotic Asian infuences to create a menu that is trully inspiring. The cocktail bar at Columbus is also the place to "see and be seen" in Monaco or to simply enjoy cocktails like the Grace cocktail with "Apero-Cocktail" menu and refreshments by laying back on the terrasse.
