Just the facts... We were stuck in the elevator for 3 minutes as a result of a power serge. We witnessed a drug deal while walking near the hotel. There was no heating in the bathroom. There was also no heating one out of the two rooms in the suite. In preparation for the 5 of us staying in the suite we were given 1 hand towl and 1 towel. The closest "safe" parking lot was two blocks away.
