I arrived on a flight from Bangkok with my wife and two children. We booked this place on the internet while in Bangkok. The rooms we were allocated had not been serviced. Unmade beds, dirty sheets, rotting food in the rubbish bin. Damp, musty, cigerette smelling hole. Window with broken latch on the 19th floor! What a disgrace to say the least. Staff response was "What do you expect me to do?" Found same priced accommodation on Q st at a well known hotel - the lap of luxury comparatively

The place is disgusting...very untidy, tired and smelly place (damp and musty). Staff singularly unhelpful, parking is a nightmare. Don't be fooled...its not cheap for no reason. Will never stay there again, would much rather stay at one of the Auckland backpackers.

There was a flickering lite in the bed room that never stop flickering once it is turned on, one of lites in the corridor does not work

The room we have is clean but smell like kabab. Please note that there is no free parking. It cost $4 per hour for parking around the hotel. Despite the parking fee, it is still so hard to find a parking space. I have to wait in a car for half an hour to find a parking space. The staff is not helpful at all. He just said "You can park outside if you find it." So I would recommend this hotel for people who don't drive and want a cheap hotel near city center (about 5 minute walk).
