The design bathroom is hight 1,90. The position and the indipendent entry give at the guest the possible to be complitely free. Converted garageWe arrived on time (due to specifications) and waited for half an hour before receiving a phone call asking where we were. We were right out the front door with our bags. Apparently we hadn't been there when they had come past five minutes earlier (we hadn't moved). The "mini loft" is a garage (red garage door off a busy lane) which is functional for a night, but has few windows, very low ceilings, an eclectic collection of furniture and a non-user-friendly kitchen. It was clean and modern however it was quite noisy - noise from the alley until late at night with noise from washing machines all around the garage through the remainder of our stay. Good location, everything you want in Rome is accessible by a 10-25 minute stroll.

Great location, easily found, however air conditioning not working and Rome was warm this EasterCristanio and Grabrielle, were very helpful, when it was discovered that the air conditioning was not working. Cristanio offered us a B&B, but we declined. He then compensated us by extending our departure time until evening as a good will gesture. If this had have been the heat of summer...it would have been extremely uncomfortable.Location was good... but if we had have been first time travellers to Rome, The mini loft would have been difficult to find. Suggestion- give most direct walking directions from Termni railway station. Facilities basic but extremely clean but traffic noisy outside.

Great find!A very nice little appartment in a great location near to the roman forum/colosseum.If arriving by train it should be approx 10 euro for a taxi from the station (dont let the taxi charge you more).If you are over 6 foot tall you may struggle with the shower as its quite compact. Don't let this put you off as the appartment is a great find and we will use this again.

The mini loft it´s so cute! We have only one problem: my boyfriend is 1,80 metres of hight! For he was very dificult to stay up in the bathroom. But this is a problem whithout solution.

The loft was really cool! Very stylish decoration, very clean. It's a shame we didnt have keys for outside as it looks like a nice courtyard accessed from the bathroom and kitchen. We only stayed one night, but I imagine if you were there longer it would be great to have the outside area is there isn't a lot of natural light. Christian was very helpful, punctual and communicative. The loft was very central and a great base for exploring Rome. I would definately stay again.

This is not a hotel but a studio, so more spacious but without the services assocaited with hotel. Superb location, easy access on foot to all central parts of Rome, nicely furnished. Owner is very friendly and speaks English. Only negative is that it has almost no natural light. There is a window in the bathroom and another very small one in the main room so not the best option if you are looking for a view. We were there in May so a bit frustrated not to have had the sun to wake up to in the morning. Would be much better in winter. Otherwise, a great little place.

You can eat the best "Carbonara" just round the corner in VIa Panisperna, don't forget! The Area is the really fantastic, and the position of the Garage Loft is strategic, everythings is a walking distance. Living there is really a great experience, more than a simple stay. Thank you Christian!!!
