this is a very outdated hotel. sheets were stained and carpet too. things in the room were falling apart.

12 miles away from the city centre. $60.00 return in a taxi. Area is very dodgy.

This is a good place if you just need a no-frills cheap room for the night. It's right off the interstate and very close to Beale Street and downtown. However, I asked for a non-smoking room, and it was obvious that the previous guests were smokers. The weather was hot and even though I called ahead to give my arrival time the air conditioning had not been turned on and the room was stuffy. The wifi connection wasn't very good and I kept losing the signal when I tried to use my laptop. The room could have been cleaner. Also, the online description of the hotel promises a continental breakfast and they no longer provide this - the guy at the front desk said they lost their license to serve food. It's also a very noisy location and the neighborhood is not the best.

This hotel was not very clean, several pieces of furinture were broken, including one bed and the dresser. There was no telephone in the room. The location was great for going to Graceland, but was located in a very "rough" seeming neighborhood. The staff at the front dest was very friendly, and very willingly fixed what they could of the broken furniture, an d replaced the telephone. We also had pre-arranged for a king sized bed, but on arrival, were placed in a room with two double beds.

The Colonial Inn & Suites was very quiet,. The room was comfortable. I liked the fact that the room provided an iron & ironing board. The vanity area was well lighted. The space for hanging clothes was minimal but adequate. The location was good -- it easily accessed the main thoroughfares and was easy to get back to. It was a pleasant surprise, as this was my first stay there.

The colonial was very easily found due to its close proximity to the interstate. Only a few blocks from Elvis Presley Blvd. and several major shopping centers. The conviennce stores made late night snacks and such easily obtainable. The beds were a little firm but very large and comfortable. The Jacuzzi was nice and the total experience was okay. I would stay there again.

Room was good but the outside area was dark and secluded...a little bit earie. Would be nice if there were more lighting outside.

This motel is right off the highway exit (easy to get on and off). Only 15 minutes from Beale Street. It's your basic motel with two floors. There's plenty of parking and a gas station next door. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. It also has a large frig and micro. They offer a continental breakfast including fresh waffles (you make your own). For the money, this was the best bargain in the area. It's also only a few minutes to the airport. They also let me check in at 11AM. Check-in is usually 2PM. The guy at the front desk checked which rooms were clean for me to check in early.
