Location and price. Cleanliness. The place appears well-kept. Our room was spacious with two queen beds and a decent sized bathroom and dressing area. It is very late 70s early 80s in decor. There was a turd in the toilet when we got into the room. There were other signs that the room was not "deep-cleaned" before our arrival. What coul have been a very positive experience at a place we would have likely stayed again turned out to be a very distasteful experience.

Location easy to find. No blow dryer. The Colonial Inn met all of expectations. We did not need a pool or anything fancy since we knew we would not spend any time in the room. The staff was pleasant, and the location was just what we needed for our stay.
