There is a nice restaurant offering affordable meals, 2 bars (one with a pool table), huge communal kitchen (with inside and outside dinning area), and a BBQ area. All day cafe and bar menu is available. The communal kitchen offers a satellite TV and DVDs. Friday is 'Happy hour' and a big screen television is hooked up to satellite for watching sports matches. On Sunday the hotel offers a pool BBQ. A supermarket is close by the hotel.

Whilst the staff are friendly and the hotel is perfectly nice enough, be warned about theft! We had more than $2000 AUS stolen from our room gradually over our stay. The director refused to even meet us when we lodged a complaint! Apparently there have been several complaints regarding theft from rooms over the last few months. I would recommend avoiding this hotel!

What a great place to stay! The resort has a great "vibe" and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Palms Deluxe Apartments - what great value! I would highly recommend this resort for anyone who is after a relaxed and affordable place to stay while visiting Port Vila. The chef was fantastic also...apparently he won Vanuatu Chef of the Year 2006 - and by tasting his creations you can tell why! Cheers

make sure you stay in the new rooms only the old ones need alot of work.but price is good for what you get in the new rooms

Probably the best part of the resort is the atmosphere. It is very relaxed and seemed quite accurate in sharing Vanuatu's spendid culture.
