The place was VERY rundown unlike the pictures online. The staff was next to non exsistent - barely saw them. The cleaning staff never gave us replacement wash cloths , dish towels or coffee. Did not do a very good job cleaning the rooms. The location is good but there are sooo many other options to choose from, you can find better.

Room was very nice. Staff was friendly. Ligth bulb over the shower was out. Very nice room, although it lacked a queen bed - only a double. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Overall ambience was one of luxury. Perhaps a little faded luxury, but luxury nonetheless.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, convience store, nightlife, and dining from the Coconut Malorie. Parking was very convienient. I had read some poor ratings about the hotel just before going but luckily they all turned out to be incorrect in my experience. Very nice accomodations.

No ice machines, dirty extra pillows, sheets and blankets. The original owner and design of this hotel was great but since it has been sold the upkeep, service, and many extras is below standard.

This was the second time I've stayed at the Coconut Malorie Resort. It's just a short walk and your on the beach. It's a short drive to the boardwalk. There are great restaurants around, the staff was great at giving directions and recommending other great places to eat and things to do. They also have a calender of events going on at the resort and around the area.

we chose this hotel for its price and location. we were looking to stay close to seacrets on 49th st. the rooms were more like mini apts. w fullsize refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink. there were even dishes! beautiful tile floors and great bathroom. would definitely stay here again. bonus was that it was right next to fager's island!!

well u can cook in the room but u cant clean up your dishes to reuse them for another meal. they used to provide the dish soap and sponge thats a thing of the past for a full equipped kitchen. higher prices for less function

What an amazing time! To start I just want to say that when looking for hotels, I tend to look at the horrible reviews to see "What's the worst that can happen?". I absolutely loved our room. We were on the first floor look out upon the pool and also had a back view of the bay. Perfect location. We brought all of our friends over to check out the hotel. THE BATHROOM WAS MARVELOUS! Beautiful lights, cool shower. Towels were never a problem, we always had soap and shampoo. We broke a glass (shhhh) and never got charged for it ..... Maybe they didn't notice. :) Overall it was a great experience... Clean, pretty, classy, and just a great time. The only complaint I have was the check in. The front desk wanted to talk to maintenance to make sure our room was in 'tip-top' shape. Maintenance wouldn't pick up their walkie-talkie so we ended up waiting for about 10 minutes and after being at the beach all day we were exhausted and just wanted a cool shower... but after seeing the room and being completely satisfied with it, the check-in didn't even matter.

Great place to "come home" to after a day on the beach!

We were able to go out to the restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves walking on the broadwalk because it was not crowded. It was a nice, peaceable time for us.

hotel was very nice and clean. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The mattress after one night was hard and made sleeping difficult. Pool was not open due to season no in-door pool.
