I got this hotel as a 3*. Very misleading. The room was very out-of-date, run down, and dirty. I was booked for a double, but when checking in, I asked if there were any single kings available. The staff person said yes, and gave me my keys. It turned out to be a single queen. When I complained, they said I could pay for an upgrade to a single king. I was not impressed.

The room was nice. Had to pay for parking. Staff was polite but not really friendly.

I think this is a decent hotel. I would stay here again. The only complaint I have is that when I booked the trip, I was under the impression that free shuttle service to and from the airport was included, because the information that travel website provides for the hotel about what benefits are included states that the hotel provides shuttle service, so I cancelled my car rental from the airport and rented one closer to the hotel. Unfortunately, I had to spend and extra $* on top of the car rental, because the hotel info is misleading. It should clearly state that shuttle service to and from the airport is $* per person, and I had my family with me, and it was expensive. Plus, the shuttle driver stopped at every hotel and kept picking up people to make as much money as possible. Also, a continental breakfast is not included, which is not such a big deal for the hotel to include some toast and a glass of OJ. I would rather have that than the swimming pool, which I never had time to use. However, I did use the steam room, and that remains the highlight of my entire stay.

Convenient downtown location. Needs update and was care-worn. A good moderate hotel in the heart of Edmonton.

Great central location in downtown Edmonton. Staff are pleasant and professional. Rooms are spacious, up to date, clean & the lotion and bath gel are really nice stuff! * Take some air freshener with you for the bathroom...there's no fan. Coast site mentions they have fridges in all the rooms, but they don't....ask if you want one. Parking is about * a night, but I felt much safer parking in their parkade at night, than along the street.

Loud noise next door, dated decor, does not reflect the 3 star level for the bid I put in. My stay at the Coast Edmonton Plaza was simply disappointing. The room we received was dated, with peeling wallpaper and old furniture. The people staying next door to us were making loud noises at 6am in the morning, had to call the front desk twice to complain. This is just entirely not what I had expected for a 3 star hotel in Edmonton downtown as it was advertised by Priceline. I much rather pay more and reserve a better hotel than take my chances with this bidding system again.

Great hotel overall for business stay, however I was not able to access the internet from my room as advertised. It took many hours on the help line and some high tech gadgets to finally get poor reception. If you cant get reliable service, please do not advertise it as an amenity. I started by saying good service... Very patient, very prompt service in all areas.

Nothing. The room had vomit dried on the wall. We will not use this hotel because we checked out, lost our money, had no recourse and the hotel experience was horrible.

The room was very large and nice with plenty of desk/dresser/nightstand space. The front desk staff was helpful for the most part. Parking was cheap, 8 per night, but there weren't enough spaces. The hotel is right downtown and so is easily within walking distance of many attractions.

Lobby was nice, staff friendly, and good location. Crao gym and pool, hot tub not working. rooms dated. I would stay again. Rooms need an updating.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was excellent. However, the air conditioning was broken the entire week I was there and the hotel did not have internet service as stated in their listing . Also parking cost an additional 72.

There were smoking rooms! Weekends are great but during the week would have been noisy. This hotel is a great location for older folks who still like nightlife. There are pubs, dance bars near by!

Accessibility to nightlife and convenient parking. Very dated decor and fan in the room was noisy.

The location was convenient and hotel staff was friendly. I noticed a few dirty things with the hotel that was unattractive. Overall convenient place to stay for those out of towners. The restaurant has great food. Staff are friendly and welcoming. You do have to pay a daily parking rate.

It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Nothing. It was a great place to stay, especially for the price. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to ask the front desk. They were extremely accommodating, as this was our first time visiting Canada.

It was clean. No free breakfast. It was a good place to be.

Ridiculous charge for parking and expensive internest access. We get free internet access at much cheaper hotels with free parking.

Hotel was Quiet, well located. Had free water and great bath products. Lobby is perhaps one of the least appealing features. Excellent location close to downtown and shopping. Spacious well thought out accommodation .

The restaurant staff was outstanding! One of the front desk staff (blondish hair) was not helpful & ignored us at one point. I will definitely recommend this hotel in the future.
