The floor was so dirty looking that I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. Furniture is very old and blonde.

Great location. Nice staff. Free airport shuttle every half an hour. Comfortable room. Cleaner restroom.

Good service. No free parking, no free breakfast, which should be normally included. Convenient to access the airport. Other than that, it is a basic level hotel. No free parking, which is out of my expectation.

Good price. Poor upkeep. No where near a 3 star hotel. There was a superior north wing that might have been why it got the rating but that wasn't the wing the room was in.

They allowed us to have our pet for $20 a night. Had to pay for parking and the parking was not secure. Outside, but covered and should be included in the price. I will not stay at this hotel again because of the price of parking and that it wasn't included. If I am expected to pay for parking, then I expect secure underground but it was just a covered lot and there was not many spaces. The shower nozzle was broken. Shower still worked but it was something that the housekeeping would have noticed and should have reported.

Friendly staff. Hotel needs to be updated, very 80's. Driver that picked us up from the airport was super friendly. Room was very, very basic. Seemed clean, but old. I think it's time for an update. Desk attendants were very friendly too. Only stayed for one night, so it was fine for that. Not a place to vacation.

Close to airport with free shuttle. Desk clerk and shuttle driver were very courteous and helpful. Room was very small and cramped for two people. This hotel is fine for an overnight stay but our room was very small and cramped for a longer period.

Just used as a late night stop over to get an early morning flight. Met our needs. Good for travelers just needing a late night sop over to catch next morning fights. Has a shuttle and staff were friendly. Room was adequate.

Convenient location. Dirty and uncomfortable - mattress hurt - room was stinky. I would not recommend this hotel because it was over priced for the lack of cleanliness and quality of room.

Liked the close proximity to the airport and convenient shuttle service, very friendly front staff and driver. Needs a bit of updating, but for the one night it was perfect. We only stayed one night between flights, it was clean, comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Did not have a chance to eat at restaurant next door as it is not open early enough for early travelers. Unfortunate.

I did not like the 6$ a day parking fee. If I was a customer of the hotel I shouldn't have to pay for parking. In the end it was perfect for a few days stay at an affordable price. Nice comfy, quiet room. Clean and modern also. Didn't enjoy having to pay 6$ a day for parking but at the same time watching a security guard patrol the underground parking made it worth the money.

Very good service, clean and good location. The room we stayed was too close street. Good service and very clean. Location is close to airport which is good. Why they have no hotel free parking. Some rooms are too close street .

Friendly staff and very accommodating. It ws fine. It is a good stop over for the Vancouver airport.
