Both ice machines were broken, front desk said take the grill off above the machine and scoop out the ice.

The Best Western Coachman Inn was comfortable with a very good staff, willing to help make your stay a good one. Great located.

The staff was very helpful with what they had to work with. A lot of stuff did not work. The staff was wonderful. They got me a roll-away because the reservation was messed up and there were 3 of us and only one bed. But the internet wasn't working and the ice maker wasn't working.

The hotel wasn't so bad, but it does need some upgrades. The First room we had the toilet wasn't flushing so we had to change rooms. The next room was better than the first, but we noticed there were roaches. The shower head would not stay up without you literally holding it to finish your shower.

Nothing. Everything. The beds were not remade just straightened up my mattress pad was half off the bed and was never pulled back on the entire stay. I never got clean sheets. Ceiling tiles were falling out of the bathroom ceiling, had to ask for towels twice the swimming pool was not filled with water, there is no restaurant at the motel and only fast food across the highway in a strip mall. I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Staff, location, Bed, clean. Blow dryer. Very solid would stay there again and recommend it to others.
